a2b2c2d
I installed OSC MS2 and configured everything. I went to the shipping modules then clicked on the UPS and USPS and was given a 500 Internal Server Error page. I tried reinstalling and before configuring anything I tried it again and had the same problem. My error logs do not show anything... Am I missing something or is this some sort of bug? a2b2c2d
How long does it take to get an update on a bug report? And are their any admins/developers that use the forum??? I am pretty much stuck and cant use oscommerce because of this shipping problem.... Can anyone offer help or suggestions?
OceanRanch
oops didn't ssee that you already check the error log.... More information can be found regarding the error in your apache error log. If you don't know where it is or don't have access to it, check with your host provider for additional info that may help on the 500 error. Something more serious than a configuration or parse error is causing the script failure. OceanRanch
The ups.php and usps.php files may be corrupt. Try viewing those and/or downloading a fresh copy of those files to see if that might be the cause. Tom
a2b2c2d
Downloading the ups and usps files did nothing. Is there some kind of debug mode? The apache error log is showing nothing.... This sucks
