If you click on advanced search, then click on help, it explains things using computers as an example. Change it to something connected with your store. That will get you thinking. Control your cart quantity field. Never understood why it would interest customers to know how many others are online. Change the back button on search results as it does not take you back but to advanced search. DOB, Gender, .... you need these but not the state/county/province ? Fill the "your cart is empty" page, the worst page of stock OSC in terms of wasted space and therefore missed opportunities.
