No-idea Posted March 24, 2005 Share Posted March 24, 2005 Hello all, I have been using paypal for about 2months now and have recieved money fine and did so until today. The customer has said they tried 3cards and kept getting a messeage saying paypal are experiencing problems? I have tried with my own credit card and paypal account and got the same error messgae after entering all my details and clicking continuee.
