jimd
Have used MS2 since it's early release. Have been using the Paypal module too. Everything has worked fine for about a year, but suddenly, they paypal payments are coming through without the order posting to the admin section, or my getting the email. The customer's account is being created, just no order created. Is the order actually out there in the SQL database that I can recover it? I have been emailing the customers, but it's not a very professional solution.
RikR
Sounds like your customers are not clicking the "Return toi Merchant" button at Paypal. The IPN module voercomes this problem by saving the cart as the oder is confirmed and being transfered to PayPal. osCommerce PayPal IPN Module v1.0 For 2.2MS2 http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2679 Quote Rik Rasmussen
Arcadiauk
There is a quick fix for this situation with a couple of contributions to add, but it does sound like the Paypal IPN is the best way to go.
