foops
I've setup the viaklix payment module on a server with a shared https certificate. I've tested both the http and https and the http works just fine and the https shoots an error at the bottom of the login screen... So osCommerce sends me to the login.php page after the credit card gets noticed as "declined" or "invalid"... Here's the error: 1062 - Duplicate entry 'c2d29197fa457c7e6ebf32574324898f' for key 1 insert into sessions values ('c2d29197fa457c7e6ebf32574324898f?ssl_result=1', '1111523869', 'SESSION_SSL_ID|s:64:\"2EB7E4F89E5AAC3153CA109F26A9030C0F96B039F8B55B04184DBF3269CC6E38\";cart|O:12:\"shoppingcart\":4:{s:8:\"contents\";a:0:{}s:5:\"total\";i:0;s:6:\"weight\";i:0;s:12:\"content_type\";b:0;}language|s:7:\"english\";languages_id|s:1:\"1\";currency|s:3:\"USD\";navigation|O:17:\"navigationhistory\":2:{s:4:\"path\";a:1:{i:0;a:4:{s:4:\"page\";s:9:\"login.php\";s:4:\"mode\";s:3:\"SSL\";s:3:\"get\";a:1:{s:6:\"osCsid\";s:45:\"c2d29197fa457c7e6ebf32574324898f?ssl_result=1\";}s:4:\"post\";a:0:{}}}s:8:\"snapshot\";a:0:{}}') [TEP STOP] 1062 - Duplicate entry 'c2d29197fa457c7e6ebf32574324898f' for key 1 insert into sessions values ('c2d29197fa457c7e6ebf32574324898f?ssl_result=1', '1111523869', 'SESSION_SSL_ID|s:64:\"2EB7E4F89E5AAC3153CA109F26A9030C0F96B039F8B55B04184DBF3269CC6E38\";cart|O:12:\"shoppingcart\":4:{s:8:\"contents\";a:0:{}s:5:\"total\";i:0;s:6:\"weight\";i:0;s:12:\"content_type\";b:0;}language|s:7:\"english\";languages_id|s:1:\"1\";currency|s:3:\"USD\";navigation|O:17:\"navigationhistory\":2:{s:4:\"path\";a:1:{i:0;a:4:{s:4:\"page\";s:9:\"login.php\";s:4:\"mode\";s:3:\"SSL\";s:3:\"get\";a:1:{s:6:\"osCsid\";s:45:\"c2d29197fa457c7e6ebf32574324898f?ssl_result=1\";}s:4:\"post\";a:0:{}}}s:8:\"snapshot\";a:0:{}}') [TEP STOP] Warning: Unknown(): A session is active. Guest
Hi, I have been struggling with this sessions error for some time now and nobody seems to have a solution. As far as I can tell it happens when the card is processed and the processor returns to the site. There must be some sessions conflict upon return. I get this: 1062 - Duplicate entry '9085c0f986182c4b1d074de86a38f56c' for key 1 and unless the cusytomer quits the browser he cannot log back in, very frustating. I have not found an answer in the forums. I am using a viaKLIX gateway and all works well, but at the moment of transaction, the customer will be directed to the viaKLIX gateway and upon return to my shopping cart has been logged out. The problem was that I had no record in my data base about the transaction. The above error with a lot more info will show at the bottom of that login page. The money transfer proceeds flawless, and the client gets an email from viaKLIX the way I set it up. I found a great work around until this is solved either by me or some one else in these forums. I fond the contribution 'held orders', which works well with the only exception that I still have to go into the MySQL data base and delete the content of the customers basket. http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...rch,held+orders Hope this will help somebody else, thanks David Howarth and Carine Bruyndoncx. Guest
Hi Finally got it to work, some silly setting in the payment module. The processor, in my case NOVA and viaKLIX usually has a reciept page for my clients, which they can print out. There I had 4 options Hyperlink, Form GET, Form POST and GET Redirect. The default viaKLIX module in the lower part of the $process_button_string section, where it says: tep_draw_hidden_field('ssl_receipt_apprvl_method', 'REDG') . tep_draw_hidden_field('ssl_receipt_decl_method', 'REDG') . That does not work, since I used 'Hyperlink' as my choice with the processor, mainly so I can Ebay clients redirect back to ebay. Anyway I finally changed it to: tep_draw_hidden_field('ssl_receipt_apprvl_method', 'LINK') . tep_draw_hidden_field('ssl_receipt_decl_method', 'LINK') . Now the client will go after the confirmation to a NOVA confirmation page and and still is logged in the shopping cart if he hits the return button on this page. And the orders are logged as required. Hope this helps somebody. Took me hours and hours of trial and error, I am not a php buff. h2odysee
I have been struggling with this problem for a while. Thanks a bunch for the help. There is a problem with the Hyperlink option though. If someone orders something, then doesn't click the "Continue Shopping" link, their card will be charged, but osCommerce doesn't know it, and the items are still in their cart. Another problem is that customers can view the HTML source of the Checkout page, find the Approved redirect URL, paste that into their browser. osCommerce will think the transaction has gone through, but their card wasn't actually charged. I hope someone writes a backend viaklix payment module to fix these issues.

taiter
SERIOUS BUMP..... I had the viaklix modules working PERFECTLY. I don't understand what has happened. When I Go to checkout - I get to the confirmation process and click on confirm order. At which point there is a Runtime Error. Ther eerror is: A Runtime Error has occurred.Do you wish todebug? taiter
Mor information: Instead of completing the checkout, I am directed to the login page with a url that looks like: https://www.glowing-sticks.com/BETA/login.php?osCsid=f92fb20b6fca1f7128e67566a0c660e4?ssl_result=0 And I have the Dupliacte session erros as well: 1062 - Duplicate entry 'f92fb20b6fca1f7128e67566a0c660e4' for key 1 insert into sessions values ('f92fb20b6fca1f7128e67566a0c660e4?ssl_result=0', '1117643605', 'cart|O:12:\"shoppingcart\":4:{s:8:\"contents\";a:0:{}s:5:\"total\";i:0;s:6:\"weight\";i:0;s:12:\"content_type\";b:0;}language|s:7:\"english\";languages_id|s:1:\"1\";currency|s:3:\"USD\";navigation|O:17:\"navigationhistory\":2:{s:4:\"path\";a:1:{i:0;a:4:{s:4:\"page\";s:9:\"login.php\";s:4:\"mode\";s:3:\"SSL\";s:3:\"get\";a:1:{s:6:\"osCsid\";s:45:\"f92fb20b6fca1f7128e67566a0c660e4?ssl_result=0\";}s:4:\"post\";a:0:{}}}s:8:\"snapshot\";a:0:{}}affiliate_ref|N;affiliate_clickthroughs_id|N;') More of what I have tried and DID NOT work: 5) Stripping the session ID out of the redirect URL - This STILL brings me back to the login page instead of completing my transaction - but the error is gone. taiter
SOLUTION!!! Ok, I have figured out the problem. Apparently the processor that Viaklix uses chokes when you have variables in your return URL. For those of you who don't know anything after the ? in a URL is a variable that is being passed by the URL. By default, the return URL has the Session ID as one of the variables it is trying to send back. Since this is not allowed (although the dev team at Viaklix has been notified of the problem and they are going to fix it - who knows when), you have to change a few things around in the code to make this work. You also have to set up a new variable in your terminal. I'll explain how to do this below. 1) In your file includes/modules/payment/viaklix.php, edit the following lines: 212 tep_draw_hidden_field('ssl_result_format', 'HTML') .213 tep_draw_hidden_field('ssl_receipt_apprvl_method', 'REDG') . 214 tep_draw_hidden_field('ssl_receipt_decl_method', 'REDG') . 215 tep_draw_hidden_field('ssl_receipt_apprvl_get_url', tep_href_link(FILENAME_CHECKOUT_PROCESS, '', 'SSL', false)) . 216 tep_draw_hidden_field('ssl_receipt_decl_get_url', tep_href_link(FILENAME_CHECKOUT_PAYMENT, 'payment_error=' . $this->code . '&viaklix_cc_owner=' . urlencode($HTTP_POST_VARS['viaklix_cc_owner']) . '&passedvars=coming' , 'SSL', false)); 217 218 219 if (MODULE_PAYMENT_VIAKLIX_TESTMODE == 'Test') $process_button_string .= tep_draw_hidden_field('ssl_test_mode', 'TRUE'); 220 $process_button_string .= tep_draw_hidden_field(tep_session_name(), tep_session_id()); Setting the true/false switch on the return URL's defines whether or not you append the session ID to the URL. We don't have to b/c we are going to send it as a hidden form field as you can see on line 220. 2) Go into your Viaklix module and click on Terminal Setup -> Payment Form Field Setup 3) Under Order Information, click on Add New Field (it's kind of hard to see, but it's there) 4) Add a new field with the Name osCsid (CASE SENSITIVE - DOUBLE CHECK - when I first added this field it removed the capital C for me, which I had to go back and change) 5) Change the MAx Characters to 100 and leave every box unchecked except for "Forward on Approval" and "Forward on Decline" Save your settings and your module will work just fine. If you prefer the user to go the viaklix site before they finalize their sale, you can just change REDG to LINK. I have seen MANY posts on this problem - maybe someone will make this a viaklix sticky or something :-) -Tai

taiter
I did all these changes and it is still not working for me. Do anybody know what might be a problem? For those still having problems - we noticed errors in a clients shopping cart recently. After spending ALL day on the phone with viaKLIX without resolution, I beleive that viaKLIX is erroneously appending data onto the return URL. For sh#ts and giggles, if you take that session ID and appened it to checkout_process.php?OSCSID=foobar You get the correct success page. If you would like to test and see if you are getting a CRAZY URL, you can dowload some editted checkout files from http://www.blwebsolutions.com/TESTCheckoutFiles.zip . Be sure to make backups of your original files. All I have done here is stop any tep_redirects. This allows me to see the address that it's looking for in the address bar of the browser. Otherwise, you keep getting kicked back to the login screen and you'll have no idea what is going on!! I'l be talking to viaKLIX again tomorrow to see what is going on, I'm pretty sure they changed something and decided not to tell anyone. -Tai
taiter
SOLUTION!!! (Again) It appears that something has changed with the way viaklix processes the data. You no longer have to send the session ID as a seperate parameter, the viaKLIX machine will process it through the referral URL which already has the session ID in it. To fix this issue, you simply have to comment out the following line: 220 $process_button_string .= tep_draw_hidden_field(tep_session_name(), tep_session_id()); It should work fine. You still need to have the session ID forwarded to your approval URL - see the earlier posts in this topic for instructions. If you continue to have problems, you might need to change your session ID to all CAPITAL letters. The other thing that viaklix has changed is that it capitalizes all of the parameter names when it sends them back to the url. If you need help with this, just let me know. -Tai Graham

Guest
Wow. I have been reading these messages, and thought I did everything properly. But, I cannot get back to the proper URL in my online store after completing a purchase. My credit card gets approved (sure am glad I am the viaKlix admin for my company, I have been voiding a lot of charges on my CC) but my order does not get processed by osCommerce. As those before me have experienced, I get dumped back to the login page. My first question... exactly what url should I put in the viaKlix setup? http://mystore/catalog/checkout_process.php is what I am trying. Is that the page I want? Do I need to add anything to it (such as the '?')? You can probably tell I am not a php programmer. I planned on learning when I started this project, but things have changed and now this will be the last work I do with webs, so I do not really want to learn php. I have tried using hyperlink, and changing the REDG to LINK in the osCommerce file (viaklix.php). That did no better. I have switched back to REDG. Any one using osCommerce and NOVA/viaKlix in Jacksonville FL, which is where I am? Sure wish there was a complete module to insert now, instead of the one contributed a few years ago. I thought I was fairly intelligent and could do this, but boy do I feel dense now. I called viaKlix tech support, and they were not willing to discuss anything related to the shopping cart. Since my CC gets approved, that is all they cared about. Any help would be appreciated.
Guest
I'm having a problem with the session ID after a couple years running fine. As stated above if I add the session ID to the url the gateway returns to the correct page. But this version of oscommerce does not show the session ID. Anyone know what I need to change? I've tried all the above in various combinations with no luck.... Thanks, Mike

I'm porting my Zen version of the viaKLIX2 Enhanced Payment Gateway module to osC (along with the Virtual Merchant module). I was wondering if there might be any interest in beta testing it? Drop me a note if you'd be interested? Thanks, Todd
