Force Shipping Based on Order Value

Hi,

basically I am trying to limit what shipping methods a customer has depending on the total value of their order. So if a customers order was over $200 USD then only 1 shipping method would be available. If its less than $200 USD all shipping methods are available and they can freely pick. If anyone has any info on how this can be done it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
