YourPay and My Problems

I set up my site using yourpay connect as the customer requested and when I process an order it shoots over the yourpay site to process the order and then it comes back to my site to confirm the order. But here is the problem. The items even though they have been processed are still in the cart and on top of that the if I click recent orders it doesn't have any information down that an order has been processed. Any clues or help would be appreciative. This is my first OSCommerce store.
