Getting An Error About General.php

Hello all,

I am getting an error that says,

 

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/electron/public_html/includes/languages/english.php:337) in /home/electron/public_html/includes/functions/general.php on line 29

 

I am unable to create an account, am unable to us banners that I made, and I also get this message if I click on the checkout link, any help would be great, Thanks Dan
