Fancier Invoice & Packingslip v1.0

Recommended Posts

You need to edit your language file. Look for the following defines in packingslip.php and change it to what you want to show:

CODE

STORE_NAME

TITLE

INVOICE_TEXT_CURRENT_YEAR

QUOTE(storeman_suede @ May 9 2005, 08:36 AM)

I also get this projet where I would like it to print Packsedel in the beginning information after my company info...... does anyone understand this....

I've checked the packingslip.php in my language and I give TITLE the value Packsedel so it should be printed......

// Storeman:-

Edit your store name and address settings in Admin / Configuration / My Store --> Store Address and Phone

______________________________________________________________________

Thank you again for you reply. I've checked the defines and they are ok.

In the middle of the packingslip it looks like this:

____________project_______________

I would like to change this to packsedel as well.

Can you understand this at all ???

One more little issue.

I also got this error message:

Warning: main(/home/FA02-01-11-06_vecr3evbptr6dbuhtbga/sandvisol.se/public_html/catalog/adminincludes/languages/svenska/invoice.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/FA02-01-11-06_vecr3evbptr6dbuhtbga/sandvisol.se/public_html/catalog/includes/modules/email_invoice/email_invoice.php on line 30

when I'm trying to confirm order. What can I do about this. I have really tried to figure it out but I cant.

This is line 30 in the mentioned file:

require(DIR_FS_ADMIN . DIR_WS_LANGUAGES . $language . "/" . FILENAME_ORDERS_INVOICE);

The fatal error issue is solved. A little slash forgotten in configure.php.

But the first issue still unsolved.

After I click checkout I get this Warning !

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at //public_html/catalog/admin/includes/languages/svenska/invoice.php:73) in //public_html/catalog/includes/functions/general.php on line 29

I receive the html-formatted email as an invoice but I can't get passed this message and back to the program !!!

What can I do to fix this. Is there something wrong with my languageinstall or what ?

Can I just ignore it with @ in general.php file ???

No, sorry...

I know nothing about that MOD and will not use it either, both Paypal IPN MODs have too many compatability issues all over the place and due to that, I will not install it.

I have PayPal setup with "Auto Return for Website Payments" turned on so that the customer automaticlly gets forwarded back to https://www.popthetop.com/catalog/checkout_success.php when payment has been completed.

I have never had any problems with anyone not returning because of this so the Paypal IPN MODs are no longer needed.

How did you do this, if you don't mind me asking? I would like to remove IPN as well.

I think some of the problems is that there are 2 codebases going on right now, alot of the fixes that have been already addressed in the Email Invoice mod since the last update don't seem to be updated in the Fancier invoice zip file, for instance the file temp_cache.php is still included in the Facier invoice package but has been deprecated since the last update that was done back on May 5.

I would recommend using the following instructions to install the email invoice

portion of the package. This file is also included in the latest package.

Click Here

Now I will work on looking at the current codebase of the Fancier Invoice mod and merge them with the latest updates of the email invoice mod just to make sure things run more smoothly from here on out. As far as the other modules are concerned, I will work on some of the issues as they come up.

Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move '/tmp/php9NNpFo' to '/home/bs2004/public_html/catalog/images/NTXGENX-1.jpg' in /home/bs2004/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/classes/upload.php on line 94

After adding 5.4, it seems to work properly but now when adding a new product or modifying a product with a new image we get this error.

Would this mod have affected how upload.php works in any way?

So far it seems to be fixed for my authorize.net 1.7b module. I can't test paypal, paypal seems to be down all day for gateway payments. Anyone else seeing this?

One other thing, I've included a pic. the comments area of the invoice has missing graphics.

You have to install the latest version, ALL the files, as this issue was resolved a few updates back.

I would prefer the same style to customer invoice views under their "My Account". Is that possible ???

// Storeman:-

:)

yes, but it will be a while if you are waiting on me. I am through with any new changes for a while. I am tired of working on this one for now. I will still be here for minor updates and such, but need a break from it for a while.

NO!

That has nothing to do with this contribution in any way shape or form.

PayPal was used today on our site so I do not know why it was down for you. If you do a trace route, you may find that a certain server computer may be down between your ISP and PayPal.

As far as your images around the comments, take a looksy at the HTML code calling those images in your template file and make sure they are set up the same way all the rest are setup.

I need to say one more thing.

This is one f**king nice contribution. I had to add f**king because it is that great.

Also PayPal has been working fine. I have received several orders today via PayPal with no problems.

I have included a screeshot for you all. I've tried to make circles arond the two things I would like to change.

Can anyone help me fix this. I don't want it to be hardcoded, prefer to use variables.

Here is what I think the problem is:

for the graphics that work, the code looks like this

<img src="<?php echo $ei_image_dir; ?>borders/maingrey_07.gif" width="11" height="18" alt="">

for the graphics that dont' work, the code looks like this

><img src="' . HTTP_SERVER . '/catalog/images/borders/maingrey_06.gif" width="19" height="21" alt="">

I don't have a catalog folder.

I could hard code this, but my guess is you will probably change it in the next revision (that is if you have slept at all yesterday).

@storeman_suede

The best way to define language variables is through the invoice.php

language file, and then "echo" them into the HTML side.

Yea see that is one of the discrepancies I was talking about.

The $ei_image_dir variable already includes the the full path to the image directory as defined by the OSC global configure.php file.

So I would make it

img src="' . $ei_image_dir . 'borders/maingrey_06.gif"

so no matter what you may have named your image directory or your catalog directory, it will map back correctly to the image directory as defined by your installation.

I believe you asked that before, both on this forum and to me through a PM. Again, you have to change your language files to displaye what you want.

Open catalog/admin/includes/language/XXXX/invoice.php

Change define('INVOICE_TEXT_INVOICE', 'Invoice');
