biggest_apple Posted December 16, 2004 Share Posted December 16, 2004 Today for some reason everything went "screwy" with my checkout. Customers are loading things up intheir carts, clicking to proceed to Paypal and instead of being taken to a page within Paypal with all the order info they're just being taken to Paypal's home page. If the customer clicks "Back" in their browser and clicks on the proceed button a second time then they are taken to the correct page. Any ideas out there as to why this is happening? On the off chance someone else out there has encountered something like this the problem for us was: We're not using the payment page, so the payment selection was not being set...
