I install the Order Editor from the Contributions page and I have followed the instructions to install it and it seems fine in the installation. However, when I run the editor, I get an error message saying: 1146 - Table '(my shopping cart database).orders_ship_methods' doesn't exist select ship_method from orders_ship_methods [TEP STOP] I find that the Orders_ship_methods table is not on my database...
