To fix the problem, he recommends: Just rename popupWindow function in livesupport.php to something else, like popupWindowLS, so it says: function popupWindowLS(url) { ... and change the link: 'text' => '<a href="java script:popupWindowLS()">' ... Case was that the author created 2 versions of the script with different names, using the second one to correct bugs on the first. Would be easier to update the first one.
