Wanting to include shipping in price on some items

Hello, I am wanting to include a flat rate shipping on some of my items but not all of themfor evample

 

1. Item 001 Use calculated shipping at checkout.

2. Item 002 Use calculated shipping at checkout.

3. Item 003 Shipping is included in price do not calculate at checkout.

 

so I have 3 items in the checkout and I only want 2 of them to use the ups calculations.

 

what is the best way to do this, Thank You
