Error while installing Featured Products 1.5

I got this error while trying to install the Spanish sql file:

MySQL said:

 

 

#1050 - Table 'featured' already exists

 

 

Do I have to have that sql file installed if I don't have the spanish language enabled?

If you are not using spanish then you do not require the spanish sql which is for the admin side.
