rebirth Posted August 24, 2004 Share Posted August 24, 2004 I was wondering if there exists something like this: When the order status of an order doesn't change within 3 weeks, and so still is on the first, original status, there should be automatically send an email to the customer. That email would have to have almost the same information as the mail you receive when you order, but it would also have to say it is a reminder to pay. So this is ment for people who ordered something, but after 3 weeks still didn't pay there order. And the mail should be sent without me having to do anything or having to look to the date.
