moduleRow - RowOver etc

Have a wee problem with the moduleRow - moduleRowOver & moduleRowSelected in as much as they do not work. All pages (shipping - payment) trying to use them give an explorer error;

Running MS2, shipping - Stor Pickup and Flat Rate also payment by Phone (COD Mod) or CVV with Blacklist.

 

This has had me stumped for ages and is the final niggle to be ironed out.
