FedEx Real Time Quotes Issue

Does this just mean that the account number is not set up with FedEx.com? Two different people from the client have told me that the account number is enabled on FedEx.com so I'm a little consused as to what else the problem could be. Please help!

Yes, that's what it means. It sometimes takes a while for the account to be enabled after you've contacted FedEx.

I got the account set up on FedEx.com, but now I'm getting a new error:

 

No meter number was obtained, check configuration. Error 9927 : Unable to validate account on FSS

 

Any insight on this one???

Your account number may be enabled on fedex.com, but it's not enabled on FSS, which is the FedEx Something-or-other Server. Never mind the client; they're talking about being set up with the online Ship Manager, not FSS.

 

Get the FedEx account number yourself, call FedEx and tell them you need to get set up on their test server using a tagged transaction application.
