    My website is www.chilidogtags.com The pet I.D. tag products have text boxes for customers to enter the information they want on their pet I.D. tag. The problem is that when you click "add to cart", it says "your cart is empty". The other products that don't have "text boxes" do go to cart. My programmer is on the other side of the world from me, and he says I loaded the product attributes correctly. He is somewhat difficult to talk to and reach. Any help would be appreciated.
