Hi, first you'have to add a new tax zone under admin Locations / Taxes taxzones, name it to your liking, klick on the new folder there you can add countries and states, the first options should be all countries and states. Then you go to tax classes and add a new one. Then tax rates select your tax class and your zone and enter your 8%. Best regards Christoph

@@raiwa Hi, again a little bit missing inside of cm_sc_product_listing_qtpro.php: call of the correct function for attributes stock check: //is if ( isset($products[$i]['attributes']) && is_array($products[$i]['attributes']) ) { $stock_check = tep_check_stock($products[$i]['id'], $products[$i]['quantity'], $products[$i]['attributes']); // but should be if ( isset($products[$i]['attributes']) && is_array($products[$i]['attributes']) ) { $stock_check = check_stock_qtpro($products[$i]['id'], $products[$i]['quantity'], $products[$i]['attributes']); Best regards Christoph

@@radhavallabh Hi, I had the same problem with the shopping_cart navbar module of BS Edge, I don't know if I missed something with the rewrite rules. My solution was to ad (int) where the product_id was called. Example: //change $products[$i]['id'] //to (int)$products[$i]['id'] works for me. Best regards Christoph

Hello raiwa, my playground shop is configured to redirect to shopping cart after adding a product, which didn't work from product_info.php after installing QTPro. There is little bit missing in application_top.php - it works now after adding: $cart->add_cart($_POST['products_id'], $cart->get_quantity(tep_get_uprid($_POST['products_id'], $attributes))+1, $attributes); } $messageStack->add_session('product_action', sprintf(PRODUCT_ADDED, tep_get_products_name((int)$_POST['products_id'])), 'success'); tep_redirect(tep_href_link($goto, tep_get_all_get_params($parameters))); //++++ QT Pro: End Changed Code break; Best regards beerbee

Hi, just installed, everything fine just one little thing regarding multilanguage support categoy names: changed in catalog/includes/modules/featured.php line 15 from: $cat_name_query = tep_db_query('SELECT `categories_name` FROM ' . TABLE_CATEGORIES_DESCRIPTION . " WHERE `categories_id` = '" . $featured_products_category_id . "' limit 1"); to: $cat_name_query = tep_db_query('SELECT `categories_name` FROM ' . TABLE_CATEGORIES_DESCRIPTION . " WHERE `language_id` = '" . (int)$languages_id . "' AND `categories_id` = '" . $featured_products_category_id . "' limit 1"); best regards beerbee

Hi all, pushing this one up, because i want to encourage everyone to give this one a try! I did. An my findings are: If You are running a store selling items with more then one attribute it could be called essential if You dont´t like waisting Your time discussing with customers about items ordered with eg size/colour out of stock. But even if that doesn´t catch You, You will find included a seamless comfortable module for managing and sorting Your products attributes! So please contact Gunter and help him by testing this one and we will have a new very useful contribution very soon. best regards Christoph

Support thread for the Image Magic contribution
beerbee replied to tomjmul's topic in General Add-Ons Support
Hi, little something that happend to me while playing around with the contri and watermarking with image might be useful for some.. To that point I didnt try watermarking the thumbs. What i first got trying that was a broken (thumb)image, by looking into that it gave me: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imageantialias() in myinstallwhatever/catalog/imagemagic.php on line 648 which again seems to be a gd feature.. Then I found out that if I changed the following config value of the contri: Resize Watermark Image (default=true) to false it would not be resizing the watermark but also not calling up the mentionend obviously non implemented function. So its working, well not fully on the thumbs.... kind regards Christoph -
Support thread for the Image Magic contribution
beerbee replied to tomjmul's topic in General Add-Ons Support
Hi, well it should according to the contridescriptiption post of 1 Jun 2004: "You can also use this package to do many many other things to your images(watermarks, text, adding images) rezise is just a small part of it refer to the ImagicMagick wepage for more information" which seems to be more a config feature of imagemagick than that contribution itself if i get that right. Fine. Just tried it on popups with included car png worked like it should. Sorry site isnt public yet feature wont be used when public. but i think what my serverinfo.php from my oscadmin says about GD could be useful for comparision: gd GD Support enabled GD Version 2.0 or higher FreeType Support enabled FreeType Linkage with freetype GIF Read Support enabled GIF Create Support enabled JPG Support enabled PNG Support enabled WBMP Support enabled kind regards Christoph -

Hi, yes right and GD is more or less installed if You don?t run Your own server You could only ask the provider to set it up for You. I have no problem with that but if one has there is no need to start a contribution from scratch while there is already one: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2094 HTH kind regards Christoph -

Hi, googled it, seems to be a genuine php function, could be missing in Your install of php? look: http://www.php.net/imagettfbbox I think its a good idea generally to check phpinfo.php or in osc yourshop/youradmin/server_info.php for with what features Your php is installed if problems are arising. kind regards Christoph -
Hi Kjolebutikken, i dont know if im wrong but I had the same problem as You, no address(es) showing for the logged in customer on my side it happened because my DB table address_format was empty.. after having filled it properly everything workes fine. Sometimes its so simple..to overlook. HTH kind regards Christoph

Support thread for the Image Magic contribution
beerbee replied to tomjmul's topic in General Add-Ons Support
Hi, this is about implementing the Contribution Keep Image Proportions into Yours. Well its a pity but my knowledge of php is better described as guess by trial and error... So I guessed and tried and it seems to work but if this is a clean thing or just a cheap hack and will produce errors somewhere, i just dont know. kind regards Christoph So heres what i`ve done to Your code - dont hit me please ;-) - in : /catalog/includes/functions/html_output.php // Is this image good to go? if (CONFIG_CALCULATE_IMAGE_SIZE && $calculate) { if ($image_size) { $ratio = $image_size[1] / $image_size[0]; // Set the width and height to the proper ratio if (!$width && $height) { $ratio = $height / $image_size[1]; $width = intval($image_size[0] * $ratio); } // Changed by guessing beerbee // { // $ratio = $height / $image_size[1]; // $width = intval($image_size[0] * $ratio); // } // End Changed by guessing beerbee elseif ($width && !$height) { $ratio = $width / $image_size[0]; $height = intval($image_size[1] * $ratio); } elseif (!$width && !$height && !$over_ride) { $width = $image_size[0]; $height = $image_size[1]; } // Changed by guessing beerbee elseif ( ($width) && ($height) ) { $image_size = @getimagesize($src); if(isset($image_size[0]) && !empty($image_size[0])){ $ratio = $width / $image_size[0]; if ($image_size[1]*$ratio > $height){ $ratio = $height / $image_size[1]; $width = $image_size[0] * $ratio; } else{ $height = $image_size[1] * $ratio; } } } //End Changed by guessing beerbee
