  1. Found the solution! :) in catalog/shopping.php search for <span class="buttonAction"><?php echo tep_draw_button(IMAGE_BUTTON_CHECKOUT, 'triangle-1-e', tep_href_link(FILENAME_CHECKOUT_SHIPPING, '', 'SSL'), 'primary'); ?></span> and delete. I tried deleting the entire div but that screwed up my layout. This then leaves you with the - OR - above the PayPal button. To remove this you need to go into /includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php and find define('TEXT_ALTERNATIVE_CHECKOUT_METHODS', '- OR -'); remove the - OR - Hope that helps you too!
  2. @@cd100 - Hi, nope, I have not figured that issue out yet. Since September I have been working on fixing other "issues" and that got pushed to the back. I always try to go back to my original question and update when I find the fix (don't you wish more people did that?) so stay tuned for an update.
  3. Just wanted to say a big thank you Roseweb for your post. I've been looking and searching far and wide on how to stop the out of stock message from showing up when the page loads. This did the trick!
  4. After much trial and error I figured out how to remove the extra available options dropdown (that is the original oscommerce available options dropdown). I am posting this incase anyone else runs into the same problem after installing QT Pro (which I wish the 5+ people who posted the same issue in this forum had done when they discovered the fix! DUH!) So In the catalog/product_info.php file remove the following lines of code: ?> <strong><?php echo $products_options_name['products_options_name'] . ':'; ?></strong><br /><?php echo tep_draw_pull_down_menu('id[' . $products_options_name['products_options_id'] . ']', $products_options_array, $selected_attribute); ?><br /> <?php and <p><?php echo TEXT_PRODUCT_OPTIONS; ?></p>
  5. Hi Sammin - I am experiencing the same problem did you ever figure out how to remove the extra available options?
  6. Figured out this problem. In case anyone else has a similar problem I did the following: in product_info.php file I removed a } before require(DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'template_bottom.php'); added a } between php above <div style="clear: both;"></div> and removed a } above if (is_string($HTTP_GET_VARS['products_id']) && isset($cart->contents[$HTTP_GET_VARS['products_id']]
  7. Also, if I try to add an item that has attributes to the shopping cart it just says "Your Shopping Cart is Empty" and is not adding the item to the shopping cart. If I try to add an item that does not have attributes it works just fine. What could be the problem?
  8. I just installed QT PRo and instead of one drop down box I am getting two. I do have it configured for a single dropdown. The difference between to the 2 dropdowns is one has the "out of stock" message next to the attributes (which it should) and the other does not. I deleted all of my attributes and started over and as soon as I add an attribute to an item the two drop downs show up. One drop down is correct with out of stock message the other is not. Does anyone know why I am getting 2 drop downs?
  9. Chris, PayPal Express is the only payment option I have yet the Checkout button still appears above the PayPal button. Any ideas on how I can remove it. Right now when I click on the "Checkout" button nothing happens.
  10. Hi, I just installed QTPro and when I click on Product Attributes in the catalog section of the Admin it takes me right back to the main screen you see after logging into the Admin area. What could be wrong? Thanks for help in advance :)
  11. Hi Michelle, When you log into admin go to configuration and then click on images. Subcategory image width and height are the category images; you can adjust them here.
  12. If a customer pays by paypal it's not calculating the right amounts for example: In osCommerce if a customer buys something for $18 and chooses Express shipping for $19 when they click confirm order and are taken to the Paypal site it says $18 plus shipping of $3.85. No matter what shipping method I choose or how much it is the Paypal page always says $3.85 shipping. Anyone know why this is happening and how I can go about fixing it??? Thanks!
  13. I'm not sure either....that's part of my question. I guessed it would be since it apparently is with international mail which I gather from the previous poster who mentioned global priority flat rate.... Anyone know????
  14. Did the above contribution solve your problem? The problem I am having with paypal is that when the customer clicks on comfirm order and is taken to the paypal page to pay...the amount is different. For example if the item is $18 and shipping is $4.05 the total should be: 22.05 which is what it shows up on my site, however when they are taken to the paypal page is says $18 plus shipping of $3.85 (which is the old priority mail rate). Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
  15. What about regular mail? I'm not offering international mail service - however, I noticed that priority mail flat rates are not showing up in my listing? Any help would be great!
