  1. This contrib looks like it enables e-commerce transaction tracking as outlined here: http://www.google.com/support/analytics/bi...7203&topic=2957 by including a module on the checkout_success.php page. Haven't installed it yet but would be simple to do so, just not sure whether I want to send google my transaction info.
  2. I'm wondering if anyone knows how I might go about changing the turnaround time on a per order basis. I want to do this because if someone orders something that is not in stock the Canada Post module's ETA's would show as if it were in stock. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. TIA.
  3. It sounds like you have downloaded the easy populate version with master products support but have not installed the actual master products mod. I would suggest going back to the contributions sections and downloading the 2.62-MS2 version which should work with a fresh OSC install.
  4. I think your best bet would be to see if your webhost gives you access to the log files. There are several open source apache log analyizer's that are fairly good and anaylizing the logs would be much more accurate than having osc keep a record of all visitors.
  5. Nice contribution! I really like being able to click on the url they are viewing, I used to copy and paste but now I don't have to. One thing I might mention is that if someone copies and pastes the code from the readme (like I did), the comments in the code show up because they aren't properly formatted. I had to change the // to <!-- comment --> for html and /* comment */ for php. Thanks again.
  6. It makes sense what you are saying but if a contributor takes the proper steps (giving it same name / group) then the latest version should be obvious to someone. Also with the release of new snapshots (namely the < 11/01 snapshots with new checkout procedure) a lot of contributions have had to be updated in which case the newest contribution would be necessary but if you are someone like me with an older snapshot, the older contribution is a must have.
  7. Is this the one you're looking for? http://www.oscommerce.com/downloads.php/co...ions,664/type,3
  8. The main Contributions page will show you the last 10 contributions added. I find if I check this page once every day or two I don't miss much. http://www.oscommerce.com/downloads.php/contributions
  9. Imagecheck V1.2 checks that your product images exist on the server. It checks the entire product table and displays the missing images' product name and model plus a link to edit the product so you can fix your paths or upload the missing images. Improvements to v1.2: - Now part of the Admin (It will show up in the Admin under Tools). NOTE: This version ONLY ADDS ADMIN. There is NO NEED TO UPGRADE to 1.2 unless you want the capability of accessing it through Admin. The current standalone version is v1.1 You can download 1.2 here: http://www.oscommerce.com/downloads.php/co...ions,796/type,5 And here is a screenshot:
  10. Wow, great work guys. The new 1.1 looks beautiful and works like a charm. I don't know if you or others are interested but I found this so useful that I went ahead and made it part of the admin (I have it showing up under Tools) so I was wondering if you wanted the updated code to release a v1.2 or maybe you are already working on such a thing. Cheers and thanks for the useful util.!
  11. Currently when I enter the weight of a product I enter it in pounds as that is what my suppliers provide me with however I noticed with product over a weight of 29, the CP module comes up with a "parcel too heavy" error. Do I need to convert my weight to kilo's instead? Or is there something else I'm missing? TIA
  12. AFAIK it radnomizes the last 10 product added. If you need to be more specific then you can probably modify whats_new.php to show what you want.
  13. Umm doesn't the built-in What's New box do this?
  14. I just use a slightly modified Taxable Goods. I don't know how many people use more than one tax class though. BTW, the contrib looks great. Can't wait to test it out ;)
  15. I'm assuming you're talking about editing catalog/includes/modules/shipping/canadapost.php?
