When someone logs into the chat window it comes up with an error saying the host has ended the session. Does anyone know what is causing this.

C'mon someone knows the answers here.. Help me out please.. It says operator has ended the call when someone trys to chat after login

I have installed this v1.3 and the update and even with someone logged in it still says help is busy right now. Also how do you get rid of the annoying pop up when waiting for a call. thank you for your help
