Recently installed the package.. Missing image in distribution "button_define.gif" (FILE PERMISSION) Also, When requesting a forgotten password, and also in other places, email received with "ADMIN_EMAIL_SUBJECT" in subject and "ADMIN_EMAIL_TEXT" in body, as if include file missing? Cheers, Mark.
