  1. Hi all, Installed the contribution with no problems (i think).. Is this right: When someone is browsing my site 'without logging in' the cpath is displayed after the html But when someone 'logs in' to their account the url's are clean without the cpath information. Is it not possible to not show the cpath all the time? Could someone explain if this is right or not. Thanks a lot.
  2. Hi, Is it possible to control the amount of time the wpcallback.php page is displayed? Occasionally a customer returns to my site from worldpay to the wpcallback.php screen and close their browser before they are automatically redirected to the success screen. This causes the order not to be logged in oscommerce. Thanks for any help (with impatient customers  )
  3. No i don't think that is it, the following code that i have added in stylesheet> h1 { font-family: Verdana, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 20px; font-weight: bold; } h2 { font-family: Verdana, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; } I cannot seem to change the size of the h1 tags. When i view the products info the title stays the same large size.
  4. I've tried changing the font size of the h1 tags but the product title in product_info.php is still appearing as a really big font size. Any help appreciated.

  6. Okay, for the benefit of anyone else having this problem in the future i think i may have found out what has been going wrong. When the customers payment has been accepted by worldpay and is redirected back to my site, i have a screen which has the worldpay transaction code and a message saying - "Please wait... whilst we finish processing your order. If you are not automatically re-directed in 10 seconds, please click continue." If the customer decides they do not want to wait and clicks the continue button the order is not completed and not logged in the admin orders section. An easy fix is that i'm going to do is rewrite the text and remove the button (i said it was an easy fix :P ) Dave, not sure if this will help you but i too had the problem with paypal a while ago, to solve it i had to go into my paypal account under Profile select Selling Preferences / Website Payment Preferences. Turn auto return ON. For the return URL enter: http://www.yoursite.com/checkout_process.php The database will now be updated with the order details. Hope this helps. Turk
  7. I will be willing to send a small paypal donation to anyone who can help me.
  8. Thanks, i already have the email notification setup but it's not generated when this problem happens. Anyone else have any ideas what the problem might be, please.
  9. Hi, i hope someone can help me as my webdesigner has gone AWOL. I have just received an order via worldpay and the transaction is not showing up in the orders admin section so i do not know what they have purchased. This only happens once in a while, most of the time my worldpay orders are logged fine. Can anyone help with any suggestions to rectify this for future orders? Many thanks.
