    As far as I can tell this works. I went to the confirmation page and then edited my billing address and then went through paypal and the invoice has the correct billing address. this is my block of code. Please correct anything that may look wrong. // avoid hack attempts during the checkout procedure by checking the internal cartID if (isset($cart->cartID) && tep_session_is_registered('cartID')) { if ($cart->cartID != $cartID) { tep_redirect(tep_href_link(FILENAME_CHECKOUT_SHIPPING, '', 'SSL')); } } // added to fix billing address change bug from post http://forums.oscommerce.com/index.php?s=&showtopic=179917&view=findpost&p=757486 $cart->cartID = $cart->generate_cart_id(); $cartID = $cart->cartID;

    Seems to work for me.
  4. I don't have define('FILENAME_CHECKOUT', 'order_info.php'); in my filenames.php file. is this left over from the previous version?
  5. Look in filenames.php and see if order-Info.php is defined. you need to change it to order-info.php.
  6. Hello, I hope someone will have the time to answer this for me. There are post about this from several years ago but still no answers. Here we go, I want two flat rate shipping modules. One for USPS, this will be free shipping. The other flat rate is for 2nd day UPS if the customer want there order sooner. I have copied and edited the flat.php file in /includes/modules/shipping/ and also the flat.php file in /includes/languages/english/modules/shipping. Both of my modules show up in admin and can be installed and configured. The problem is that neither one of the new shipping modules show up in checkout_shipping.php. If I install and configure the default flate rate it works and shows up at checkout. Is there somewhere that I need to declare these two new modules? Oh the post I was following is here. Any help would be appreciated, even a link to another post. Thanks. --Jason

    PayPal - A SOLUTION to Customer not returning to site.

    I don't have a return URL set. The the modual takes care of that. In regards to the email not being sent try this: Post 677-679 Hope this helps.

    Yes, and yes, sort of. I consider it a workaround and not a true fix. The only thing I have heard about, and have done, is in admin set the transaction type from per item ( which is better IMHO) to aggregate. With this you must trust that your database is correct as you will only get an amount in the email from Paypal.

    There was never any problem with that, it has always worked. Don't forget to change tep_href_link('shopping_cart.php'); too. :thumbsup:
  13. I would love to but I am timid :( since it's not all in english.

    Thanks, I was having the same problem but this fixed it. I did see something that was a little strange. After you are done with paypal and you are sent to checkout_process I noticed in the address bar that there were two // infront of checkout_process.php. It was redirected but it took a little longer to bring up checkout_success.php. To get to my question, it there any problem with removing the / i.e. from: $parameters['return'] = tep_href_link('/checkout_process.php'); to: $parameters['return'] = tep_href_link('checkout_process.php'); I had no errors and everything seems to work, I just don't want to get into any trouble down the line. Thanks again Brian
