One of the scenarios I have seen is, sometimes users checkout after choosing cheque as the payment option, and then want to pay via card, in which case the shopping basket seems to clear? Also, Looks like if the user logs in from another computer, the shopping basket is emptied (cookie issue)?

A lot of times, a customer checks out, and on reaching Paypal, decided not to pay for several reasons, however on following up with them via phone, it is usually easy to convince them that the system is secure and they can go ahead with the payment. Sometimes they do not pay for other reasons, and want to come back and pay for it. But when they go to their order history, they can see the pending option, but no option to pay foir the order, so they have to start from scratch, adding items to their basket again, etc. Is there a way, they can go into their account, and see an option to pay for pending orders and then process those orders without having to go through the hassle of doing everything from scratch. Hi, I have a strange problem here, and wonder if someone could recommend a good solution. We currently do not have a merchant account. many a time, our customers, place an order, and then have trouble understanding how to use the Paypal site. So they call us, and ask if we can accept payment over the phone. This is difficult as we do not have a merchant account. I was thinking a possible solution around this might be this: I can mdify OSc so that it allows the admin to login as a customer, and pay for the order normally via paypal? Is that feasible? Do you see any issues with this?

I was also wondering, does the contribution actually allow you to see, how many times a coupon has been used?

This looks like a great contribution..I was just wondering, what does the "Number Available" field refer to? I guess it doesnt mean the number of times it can be used? because that is probably Max used? Or does Max used mean maximum use per customer? Any clarification would really help. Ash
