A lot of times, a customer checks out, and on reaching Paypal, decided not to pay for several reasons, however on following up with them via phone, it is usually easy to convince them that the system is secure and they can go ahead with the payment. Sometimes they do not pay for other reasons, and want to come back and pay for it. But when they go to their order history, they can see the pending option, but no option to pay foir the order, so they have to start from scratch, adding items to their basket again, etc.
Is there a way, they can go into their account, and see an option to pay for pending orders and then process those orders without having to go through the hassle of doing everything from scratch.
