Hi, hope someone has some experience with this issue and therefore a quick answer. :)
I have installed Papal IPN 3.15 and after some headaches it is working fine, the order is processed, the payment is completed, the Paypal IPN number is recorded in admin, the customer gets the approproate order email, the stock is reduced etc. However, when the customer is returned to the 'payment successful thankyou page' the shopping cart contents have not been cleared and remain in the cart until the customer logs out.
I turned on 'cart test' and 'debug emails' and I get the following message:
"An unknown POST from 216.113.188.202 was received.
Are you running any tests?"
I would guess that a final post from Paypal is not being received and therefore the cart is not cleared??
Anyone have any ideas on where to look to rectify this?
