Hi, the checkbox to tick is under each payment option Banktransfer 15,00 EUR Tick to use Gift Voucher account balance Cash on Delivery 15,00 EUR Tick to use Gift Voucher account balance PayPal 15,00 EUR Tick to use Gift Voucher account balance and then again under Gift Vouchers Tick to use Gift Voucher account balance but then without saying 15,00 EUR. I checked install again but did not find anything. Perhaps I have to say that I am using GV Version v5.03. But it works after fixing a lot of bugs and I am not going to update to a newer one :) Any idea? Devon

Hello Aaron, I tested it now with the new updated instruction "CCGV_Easy2UnderstandPayment_v11" and it seems to work. I will check it now again slowly with different options for the customer. Thank you so much. I was looking for such a long time for a easier way to redeem the gift voucher. And it comes at the right time for the customer - before christmas! Devon

Hello, are your pdf-catalogues all working with html line breaks? When I have a <br> in my product description it is ignored in my pdf catalogue. How did you handle this. The word which is supposed to come after the line break is then directly after the last word without any space. (str_replace... does not woork). I think it is in the catalog/pdf_catalogue.php. Can anybody help? Devon

Same here. If you use older files (MS1) it is impossible to add this contribution even if you use WINMERGE to compare files. The whole site is yellow. My files are so different, dont know what to do. Would by better to know which lines to add/cange... Devon

Hello, there are so many versions of ship in cart or shipincart I really don't know which one to take. I would like users not logged in to see the shipping costs by choosing their country. Can anybody help me. Each version seems to be different, some with one file, some with more files. I tried almost each version but there is always an error or something missing. Hi, finally I thougth except the queue the gv5.03 is working. But now I figured out, when I send a giftvoucher from admin to somebody, he clicks on the email link, the shop opened and in his shopping cart is the amount i.e 10 Euro. But I was shocked, all costumers in the shop had then the same amount in the table gv_coupon_costumer. I know another one with the same problem. Does anybody know what this could be? Devon

Another questions: Does it work with cod fee and german post and show both options? And if I a customer is not logged in how does the contribution know which country to consider for shipping costs. Simon, no, I set both to ''. For example: I had 10 Euro gift voucher in my cart. logged off. Then for testing I created an account as an other person. After confirmation of the new account the cart was showing with a gift voucher amount of 10 Euro. From this 10 Euro I sent 5 to an friend and logged off. Then I created an new account as a third person and after confirmation of the new account the cart was showing with 5 Euro Gift Voucher. This means, the new customer has always what was in the shopping cart of the customer logged in before. You can imagine that I am afraid to go online? But maybe it is a session problem while I am testing the shop and always with the same computer. But I don't no much about sessions. But I think I read here once about the same problem. Devon

Hi Ian, thank you for your help The other thing that a new (test)customer has automatically an amount of giftvoucher in the shopping cart after creating an account: I figured out that is was the same amount a (test)customer had before in his cart. But he logged off. I am afraid, this happen again, when the shop is running. I am testing always on the same pc. Maybe that is the reason. I dont expect an answer before next week since you are working hard on the gc.504. Devon

To use the coupon enter the redeem code which is %s during checkout. I did not activate coupons in order_total and I did not send a coupon and dont understand, why this text is in the email.
