You dont need to set the paypal url as its sent automatically by the module. All you need to do is follow the instructions in the install file... its one of the easiest things to install in the world.

If you mean http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2679/ then download the version from 10 Feb 2005 as the latest isnt even a paypal module

This contribution does not install any extra pages its a drop in module that requires no core code changes. So its likely you installed a different IPN module.

This problem has been addressed in the next release. To get the latest copy of the CVS take a look at http://www.oscommerce.com/community/cvs
