  1. Hallo Looks like there's six (6) different helpdesk/support ticket contribs, but - short of downloading and installing them all one by one - there's no way to know exactly which one does what. Or which one is the best to use. Anybody who has installed any of these have any reccomendations? One feature I'd love is if its setup to handle POP3 email accounts. I know customers probably don't want to have to login to their account to see if their issue has been settled. I hate websites that make me do that. Seems like it's home advantage for them, but I'm forced to play away. I'd also like it if support@mydomain.com could be directly emailed to, and the issue would be opened within the admin so I dont have to use outlook to answer my customer support issues. I tried installing SugarCRM and the mod to integrate it with osC, but yikes, that thing is overly complicated. I don't have 1000 employees or sales force team etc. Any opinions, advice or offerings to this dilemma would be greatly appreciated. Tks

    Working Beanstream Module?

I had the same problem a few months ago. There is no newer version, it should work on your site. If you're having problems your best bet is to post them here and hopefully someone can help you out. What kind of problem are you having, why doesnt it work, etc
  3. Cool, my code was a bit different for some reason.. but I changed <?php echo $products_name; ?> to <?php echo $tags_array['title']; ?> and it worked perfectly. I shoulda been able to figure that out im a bit dense and noobish. thanks for your help!
  4. Hello, I have a quick question, is there a way to use the header tags controller variables outside of the <head> tags? What I would like to do is make the h1 on the product_info.php page the product title, rather then the product name. The product title being the one defined by header tags controller within the admin. Any quick solutions I have thought of have either cause a error while reading the database or nothing appears at all. Not an urgent problem, but would be curious to know because I think this would result in a more accurate h1. Thanks.

Automatically send data feed to Froogle

Hey, I had the same problem and I found out what was causing it. In the froogle.php file, for the $OutFile you can not use the full url ie: http://www.yoursite.com/feeds/text_file.txt I changed that to ../feeds/text_file.txt and now its working fine. :) Just thought I'd post this for anyone with the same problem. /edit forgot to say thanks for coding this! awesome contrib. guys.

    Seach Engine Friendly URL Support

Hey, For anybody wondering (present or future ;) ) The problem on my site was that I didnt have RewriteBase / In the .htaccess of my site. I still have a problem though, the sub category list isn't showing up on category pages. For example: http://www.omarskicks.com/Nike-Air-Force-Ones/ http://www.omarskicks.com/index.php?cPath=81 Anybody know what could be causing this? Thanks.

    Seach Engine Friendly URL Support

Hey, Not sure what you mean by that. I've already installed Ultimate SEO URLs and it worked just fine. The only problem I am having now is with Search Engine Friendly URLs, not Ultimate SEO URLs. The only concern in regards to Ultimate SEO URLs is I may not have properly uninstalled everything.

    Seach Engine Friendly URL Support

On second thought, maybe I should take this party over to the Ultimate SEO urls thread and ask them how to uninstall properly.

    Seach Engine Friendly URL Support

Yeah, I agree. I am trying to make sure I have properly uninstalled it, but there is not uninstall feature, nor is there uninstall instructions. I deleted the two files it uses, and i went through and removed all code it asks you to put into existing files. However it is still in Configuration --> SEO URLs So obviously I haven't uninstalled everything. Any ideas?
