  1. There used to be a contribution around where you could generate a report on which customers purchased a particular product. I can't find now. Does anyone know if it is still around?
  2. I've just added this contribution to my store and it looks great. However, it seems to only give me the choice of looking at data for one month while I need a time period of 2 to 3 months. Secondly, is it possible to sort the list by model number?

    Excel Import 1.51 Error (SQL)

My experience is that because apostrophes are used in PHP programming, apostrophes within the text you are uploading confuses PHP. I replace mine with underscores. I know it's not ideal but that's what works for me. Maybe others have a better solution Arthur
  4. You need to go into your database through phpMyAdmin. If your server uses cpanel, that is the place to do it. Find the field that is called products_name and under Type you will see someting like varchar(64). That restricts the number of characters to 64. On the far right of that line you will see a pencil. Clicking on the pencil will allow you to edit that field. Change the 64 to whatever number you need and you should be okay after that. Arthur
  5. I use the Products Purchased by Date contribution. It currently sorts by quantity or by gross. I would like to have it sort by model number. Does anyone know how to do that? Thanks in advance.

    Easy Populate

    That's what I thought. Thanks.

    Easy Populate

I have a 3500 item database that I update about every two months. The reason I update is that there are new products and price changes. I find that I now need to add some extra information in the product description that isn't going to be on future databases but that I would like to retain. I assume that when I do my next upload, I'm going to lose that information. Is there a way around that?

    Order editor

I've never gotten MOECTO to work. It looks like you may be able to fix your problems by going to the files mentioned in your error message and make sure that you haven't got any blank lines at the bottom of the file. I use order editor but I can't tell you which version I used because I just switched computers and my record keeping isn't the greatest. I would suggest doing a backup and then trying one that will work for you.

    Error Message

I posted this message a few days ago and have not had a response, so I'll try again. I installed Order Editor and since then whenever I enter Admin I get the following error message: Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/avefood/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/filenames.php:58) in /home/avefood/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67 Everything still seems to work but it is rather annoying getting this on the top of each screen in Admin.
  10. I have just installed Order Editor 1.6a and am having problems. Now when I enter Admin, I get the following errors at the top of the Admin screen. Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /home/avefood/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/filenames.php:55) in /home/avefood/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67 Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/avefood/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/filenames.php:55) in /home/avefood/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67 The same error occurs when I go into Orders and Edit Order Then when I hit the update button after editing an order, I get the following error messages. Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/avefood/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/filenames.php:55) in /home/avefood/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 67 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/avefood/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/filenames.php:55) in /home/avefood/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 18 Any help would be appreciated. By the way, I don't have any credit card verification installed. Is that a factor?

    Model Number

Or can anyone tell me which file(s) generates this report?

    Model Number

I tried this question over in General but haven't received any help yet. I order my stock by model number so I need to have the model number included on my total orders report. Does anyone know of a contribution? My searches have not found anything.
  13. I haven't come up with a solution to an issue I have. I have uploaded a large db using Easy Populate with multiple items per category. What has happened is that each item has created its own category rather than being amalgamated into the same category. The result is that I have multiple categories named the same, each with one item in it. Any help would be appreciated. By the way, is there an easy way to delete all of the product data that I have residing in the mySQL db so I can start over?
