no special flash software has to be installed on your site; however, if you choose the flash catalog images to notify your customers if you are "online" or "offline" then your customers/visitors will need flash installed. Scott

server reqs look fine. 4 i saw what you saw, but I don't know why... my guess is that the config.php file isn't configured properly... it should be the same as in your includes/configure.php file... Scott

I think that either your fileset is corrupted and should be re-uploaded or your server does not meet the requirement listed in the readme... that's it initially. Scott

    [Contribution] - USPS Methods

I've put warnings like this in the catalog/includes/languages/english/checkout_shipping.php at the end of this line: define('TEXT_CHOOSE_SHIPPING_METHOD', 'Please select the preferred shipping method to use on this order.'); I change it to something like this: define('TEXT_CHOOSE_SHIPPING_METHOD', 'Please select the preferred shipping method to use on this order.<br><br>If you have ordered using International shippping...'); Scott

Unfortunately, almost every time you get that error, it will be the USPS servers' fault rather than the addon's fault (domestic shipping only). There is an exception. I know that USPS changed their text definitions for international shipments in the API; however, no addon has been updated yet to support the changed shipping definitions that I'm aware of... Scott

    sorry this is the step you missed: catalog/admin/modules.php ***************************************** Find This code somewhere around line 43: ***************************************** if (tep_not_null($action)) { switch ($action) { case 'save': while (list($key, $value) = each($HTTP_POST_VARS['configuration'])) { *********************************************** INSERT THE FOLLOWING CODE AFTER THE ABOVE LINE: *********************************************** if( is_array( $value ) ){ $value = implode( ", ", $value); $value = ereg_replace (", --none--", "", $value); } **************************** SO IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS: **************************** if (tep_not_null($action)) { switch ($action) { case 'save': while (list($key, $value) = each($HTTP_POST_VARS['configuration'])) { if( is_array( $value ) ){ $value = implode( ", ", $value); $value = ereg_replace (", --none--", "", $value); } tep_db_query("update " . TABLE_CONFIGURATION . " set configuration_value = '" . $value . "' where configuration_key = '" . $key . "'"); } tep_redirect(tep_href_link(FILENAME_MODULES, 'set=' . $set . '&module=' . $HTTP_GET_VARS['module'])); break; case 'install': Scott

you missed the insert into general.php Scott
  12. Thanks - I can add that piece - don't know about the rest... maybe someone who will use it will further develop that aspect of this addon. Scott
  13. just posted an update for the multiple attribute cloner - 1.8.2 - could someone install it and message me to troubleshoot? Scott

Glad you like it. I'm unsure why the flash version works for some but not the graphic version. I use the graphic version on all my websites and it works fine. It's not perfect software, it has limitations, but it is free. I'll look into the contact us idea. Scott
  15. that is the problem - I'll fix it and get an updated version out... Scott
  16. thanks for that - that is helpful info - I did test it, but I don't use that version - I'll look into it. Scott
  17. Yes, install the multiple cloner option. Scott

You forgot to do the database inserts. Scott
  21. the function in step 2 is not present. you probably put it in catalog/includes/functions/general.php instead of catalog/admin/includes/functions/general.php Scott

is this on domestic or international shipping? If it is international shipping, it is because the USPS changed their definitions for the database last week, so all USPS international shipping modules are broken except my USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping addon because it does not connect to USPS at all. I hope to have time to work on a fix for this sometime soon as all USPS modules are now broken due to the change including the stock osC module for international shipping. Scott
  24. I'd unstall the addon and re-install from scratch - delete all files you uploaded and directories - reupload fileset and insert edits from v1.7.3 I say this because there are no references to the database entries FOOTER_CELL_BG_COLOR or FOOTER_TEXT_BG_COLOR in the pdf_datasheet_functions.php file at all. Scott
  25. I missed one definition - sorry - in line 248 of pdf_datasheet_functions.php: Find this: IMAGE_KEEP_PROPORTIONS REPLACE with this: PDF_IMAGE_KEEP_PROPORTIONS After you do this, I'll be it all gets fixed... Scott
