  1. Great, thanks for pointing that out. Fixed in next push. Not sure this really, truly, matters ? That's quite nitpicky I'd say. Update to - zip file is attached in main Phoenix thread. -- For the things below, yes - I'm not really looking for feature requests, more for things that are bust. But thanks though.
  2. Frozen is now in Sunset Status with EOL slated for 31/12/2019. -- https://github.com/gburton/Responsive-osCommerce/releases/tag/2341-Frozen There will be no further Code Changes. Issues will be immediately closed. What is broken, stays broken. PRs will be immediately closed. What is now there, is there. Thank You to all Shopowners and Developers who have supported the Project in the last 4 and a bit years. Personal Thanks go out to all those Shopowners who were able to support my 28d bits and pieces for 3 of those 4 years - it is you guys who have made it possible for the hundreds of other Shopowners to continue using osCommerce. A big Thank You and from me, I will not leave you guys high and dry - you have my support always, we are a Band Of Brothers. Onwards!

    Marketplace Category/Version Cleanup

Happy to have used the CE (ie, totally unofficial oscommerce) on your opel spares website...what changed? (honest question)
  4. Frozen is now in Sunset Status with EOL slated for 31/12/2019. Phoenix is the default download from 4th July onwards.
  5. Please update to by performing these changes; https://github.com/gburton/Responsive-osCommerce/pull/741/commits/38a40dc116f7f514caca1c2e70cc22e3d8fb6c34 Alternatively just download the zip file attached and overwrite the files... This update reconfigures the version checker so that when I make a release you can see available downloads in admin > tools > version checker The following image is a MOCKUP, but shows how it works each time I make a full release. Hotfixes are not releases.
  6. You could also put something like this in the .css (for reminder); /* removes grid/list entirely, see forums.oscommerce.com/topic/493639-how-to-remove-sort-by-grid-list */ div.alert-filters { display: none !important; }
  7. OK, I did miss that... You've a couple of options, note that I have not tried any of them so syntax may be a little out - but it should give you ideas; A. remove the code by amending core code (note that is nothing "bad" about core code changes, I just advise to do it as little as possible and then to try to remember what you did for future reference). - remove this block of code: https://github.com/gburton/Responsive-osCommerce/blob/master/includes/modules/product_listing.php#L40-L103 B. hide that same block of code using .css - add this to user.css: div.alert-filters { display: none !important; } C. hide that same block of code using javascript - add this to that ggi.php that I had you create earlier in the thread: $('div.alert-filters').hide(); As mentioned, syntax may be out but gives the general idea. Of the three, I'd likely do it in the .css if it was me.

  9. I turned off the HT module as described above, this created an output of "grid", but with the list content... to combat that, make a new file called "ggi.php", with this content; class hook_shop_siteWide_ggi { var $ggi = null; function listen_injectSiteEnd() { $this->ggi .= <<<eod <script> $('#products .item').removeClass('l-g-i').addClass('g-g-i'); </script> eod; return $this->ggi; } } and upload into /includes/hooks/shop/siteWide/
  10. OK, leave it with me - will test and come up with solution.
  11. I introduced a dumb copy/paste error, d'oh. Please update to by performing; https://github.com/gburton/Responsive-osCommerce/commit/05b4d809ff2e87a9f46d76cd8699740c3d2c5389 https://github.com/gburton/Responsive-osCommerce/commit/13756ebb536d80f348bf1a7adcdbe4fb3c19377b Or in plain english: replace /admin/modules_content.php replace /includes/version.php I am going to try to keep on top of versioning going forwards so everyone knows exactly where they are.
  12. admin > modules > header_tags > "grid/list" > {uninstall} That should do it - I'm pretty sure that was the same in Frozen. I'm not sure if that would have unintended consequences though.
  13. Phoenix Rising...

  14. Make your own, that is tightly integrated into the shop. Code a gallery that shows all images - there is at least one that is "modern" and tightly integrated in osCommerce Allowing customers to upload to this Gallery - Have an upload form where the customer has to login to use it Save the uploaded image name and customer_id etc in a new DB table - you also *must* allow user to delete their own image(s), perhaps do this on a page in their account (ie a mini gallery that displays only their image(s) with delete link by each one - uploaded images should not be publically viewable immediately, but should only be turned live by you (admin) Admin side - you need a page that displays images so that you can turn them off and on (status) and delete them as appropriate (eg if someone uploads an unwanted image)

    Email queuing system

Thanks for the offer. It's now fully tested and on limited release.

Auto set currency based on ip

Would be 100% illegal per GDPR, by my understanding. You can't use the users IP "for stuff" unless you get the users permission.

display number of items per page

Yeah I've made hundreds of mods over the years. Oh well.

display number of items per page

In my 28d 2018 package (I think). Have a look at my club. I've made so many modules I may be mistaken as to where it is.
  20. GOLD is EOL (End Of Life) and is no longer available as a download. Please see the first post in this topic to decide which version you want to try, Frozen or Edge. https://forums.oscommerce.com/topic/396152-bootstrap-3-in-234-responsive-from-the-get-go/
  21. SHOPOWNERS As of 4th July 2019, most shopowners will want the PHOENIX download. https://github.com/gburton/Responsive-osCommerce/releases PHOENIX: Phoenix has osCommerce as its foundation. It uses Bootstrap 4 in the Shop Side. FROZEN: Frozen has osCommerce as its foundation. It uses Bootstrap 3 in the Shop Side. Frozen is now in Sunset Status with EOL slated for 31 December 2019 [extended to 31 March 2020 by request]. GOLD: EOL Developers You do you, you know what's best for your needs.

    Confusion over osC Versions.

I've implemented sitewide hooks on a Branch here - https://github.com/gburton/Responsive-osCommerce/tree/201906/includes/hooks/shop/siteWide Take for (eg) the Bootstrap one, it includes easy versioning, as so: https://github.com/gburton/Responsive-osCommerce/blob/201906/includes/hooks/shop/siteWide/bootStrap.php#L18 This should help a lot for shopowners being able to recognise exactly what they are running.
  23. CurrencyLayer just reduced their API hard limit on the Free version; If using currencylayer and 250 calls to the API is not enough, pay for a subscription. Or Use the latest ecb module, which as of this moment does not have a rated limit on use => https://github.com/gburton/Responsive-osCommerce/blob/master/admin/includes/modules/currencies/c_ecb.php
  24. burt

    Cannot update all currencies

Those changes are admin side, so will work with any version of osCommerce. At least try it.
