I would like to have the buy batton on/off in admin, is there a contribution already?
Practically, if I want to sell a product, the buy button should show up and if I don't want sell it, "just for information" the buy button should be hidden.

Hi all
I have uploaded on my server all changes needed to for this contributions and URRAA!!! It works.
Now, the only problem is that I can't do any work offline on my server because I think, I have windoer 2000 installed.
Does anybody use this contribution on window or it is 100% no go area?

I am sorry if I keep asking, but I think that my request for help is being overlooked by other requests.
I am stuck and I can't do anything else other than uninstall the contribution if it doesn't work, but I see that it does work for everybody else so I would like to see what is the problem with my installation.

You need to contact your host and ask them to verify that mod_rewrite is enabled. The kind of error you are getting can be caused by not having mod_rewrite on or because of how the host handles the requests. You should ask them to look at your site and explain why it is failing. If they tell you they don't support such problems because it is an oscommerce shop, then you should look for a new host.

cName & pName works so you can use it. It is no longer supported though so you may have a hard time getting help if you have a problem. What problems did you have getting Ultimate SEO to work?

As I tried to install the Ultimate SEO and was not very successful, and as I only would like to have the extention of the categories & products change, do you think I can still use the cName and pName instead of using the latest Ultimate SEO or I better try to make Ultimate SEO work even though I only want to use the categories and products extantions?

I didn't think there where any contributions and I will look into it and I hope that they do what I am looking for.
In practice in one site works like this:
The user looks for a product and find it. Instead of writing the details down, he enters the mobile number and will receive that info. They say that the cost of the sms sent is of ?1.00 (sterling), therefore I just presume that someone is making some money out of it.
Are the contribution to be used with some sort of provider wiht whom one shares the profits?

How do they do it? is there a provider of this technology? Free?

Hi all
I have downloaded the price update search and works well if I only use it to update prices.
But I have added an other field called products_tel . it is a varchar field, but it only accept NUMERICAL..
Can somebody have a look at it and tell me where I go wrong?
