  1. I recently installed this on one of my client's sites. It doesn't allow the customer to confirm the order at the end of the checkout process. It just keeps sending the user back to the confirmation page. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Thanks for your help.
  2. I've done some research in the support docs and forums and can't find any answers. I'm using PayPal IPN and it usually works fine. This week, I had an order come through. Received the confirmation from PayPal. Customer paid. But no record of the order in osCommerce. Any ideas? How should I troubleshoot? Thank you.
  3. Does anyone know why the FedEx shipping module (FedEx Real Time Quotes) would only return the option for Ground? It happen intermittently. There should be four options. Thank you for your help.
  4. Does anyone know if the customer loyalty scheme add-on applies the loyalty percentage discount to sale items? I don't want the discount applied to items already on sale -- if possible. Any ideas? Thank you for your help!
  5. One more exception. We're using the SPPC (Separate Price Per Customer) add-on and wholesale customers are EXEMPT from the free shipping offer. I'm going to need some custom scripting, aren't I? Thanks.
  6. We have the free shipping add-on installed (that allows free shipping over a minimum $ amount -- with a weight maximum) that's close to doing what we need it to do. The client needs to offer free shipping over orders of $175. That part works fine. But, we need to be able to flag exceptions (for large/overweight items) in the admin site and do one of the two following with them: 1. The flagged exceptions would have to have a percentage of the normal (weight-based) shipping applied to them -- across the board. - OR - 2. The flagged exceptions would have a text field where the client could just designate the reduced shipping per item. Again, keep in mind that one of these two methods is invoked when the order total is over $175. If not, the normal weight-based shipping would be used. We tried going with the overall maximum weight option for this add-on. But it's not going to work for us the way we need it to. Any recommendations? Thank you so much for your help!

  8. Has anyone been able to successfully get the Separate Price Per Customer (SPPC) and Master/Slave contributions to work together? Either email me the pertinent files -- or be available for help via email. I've worked on this issue and can't resolve it myself. Here are the two issues that I am AWARE of: 1. Admin site: When you select a MASTER product in the admin site and try to assign a separate price for it (in this case -- Wholesale), it won't save this price. SLAVE and other products seem to work fine. 2. Product detail page: When you go to a MASTER product page -- that has slave products listed at the bottom of the page -- if any of these SLAVE products has a wholesale price, it doesn't show. It shows the normal/standard price. The wholesale price is correctly displayed on product listing pages, etc. Thank you for any help you can provide.
  9. A warning message pops up when I try to import one of the QBI files (.IIF). The pop up reads: And then many pop up windows open and you end up having to cancel/stop the attempt to import the data… Any ideas here? Should I purchase the latest version of QBI? Thank you for any help!
  10. After looking at the Hide Products from SPPC Customers contribution -- I'm thinking that might be overkill. I think I need an easier solution. Is it possible to easily modify the SPPC contribution so that my new "wholesale" group only sees products that have wholesale prices. I'm assuming it's an issue of modifying the queries? Can you help me with this? Or has someone already done this? Thank you so much!

  12. I'm frustrated. I've read through this long post and it is late... The problem is simple. When you add a slave product to the cart -- the cart shows up empty. If you add a slave product from it's master product page, it works fine. It seems that it is not passing the required quantity field because the form tag is using add_slave. It seems the solution would be to either pass this required quantity field to work with the add_slave script, OR use the standard add_product in the form tag. Can someone please help me with this? Thank you!
