Hello everyone, Just a quick question: I have the SEO url module installed on my site and it works great and all the only thing is that when i make a product out of stock the url reverts back to the ugly url for example : product_info.php?cPath=6_63&products_id=1242 Is there a way i can keep my nice seo urls for porducts that are OUT of stock as well? right now only the in stock items have the seo urls Thank you!

I just spoke to UPS and they are aware of this problem, it affects UPS quotes based on CANADIAN originating locations trying to ship and get quotes to USA.

Ever since the New Year US address do not seem to display a UPS quote on my site. Any one else having issues like this? The module has been working perfectly until the last few days...

the problem is that the discounts and tax get applied at every single product and you lose precision. to get the right values what i do is i apply discount the subtotal only and then apply my tax to the total.

hi i was wondering if someone could tell me what the difference is between TEST and PRODUCTION mode in the UPSXML module? thanks.

Guys I have a question for those of you who have had UPSXML isntalled on your ecommrce sites for a while now...How reliable in the UPS server? does it go down a lot of times which in turn doesnt give you a quote? Im in testing mode right now with our site and i have the module working but on ocasion i seem to get very slow response, as well as occasional errors , although rare i get a bit concerened if these errors and downtimes pop up as we get a lot of traffic on a daily basis. Or could it be a problem with our host ? any insight would be appricieted.

The module is workign fine for me most of the time , but i occassioanlly run into a problem where i get this error message: Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in \www\includes\modules\shipping\upsxml.php on line 308 it only occurs once in a while but im not sure why, has any one seen this kind of error before?

HI , Im trying to find the constant definitions like MODULE_PAYMENT_COD_SORT_ORDER etc. Im not sure which file they are stored in , can someone help? Thanks :thumbsup:

just in case others are wondering i talked to some poeple at UPS and UPS does NOT provide discounted rates thru their XML feed, you have to write a script which will take the standard quote that ups gives you and then apply the appropriate discounts your self and spit them out on oscommerce. THe discounts are based on the varoius zones (whcih are based on postal codes) and also the UPS tier system (based on the ammount of business you do with UPS).

hmm that?s what I thought too. Unfortunately I keep getting the same price as a regular shipper rather then my discounted rate. (this translates to quotes 3 times higher than what I normally get!) :blink: Im thinking this is more to do with something on UPS side, maybe the rates access key i have does not reflect the discounted rates or somethign like that. Ill just call them and see whats up.

also, im wondering if thers a way of showing the actual total minus the coupon discount? right now the way it shows in the checkout confirmation is as follows: Sub-Total: $119.94 Flat Rate (Best Way): $5.00 Total: $124.94 Discount Coupons:TEST: -$29.99 Id perfer it to show the total with the discount already included...

Jans, How did you fix the french problem you had before? I also have french text inside the admin menu for the coupon module just like you did. And also I have Vouchers/Coupons menu twice like you did (but that is not a big problem) I really want to get rid of hte french text , please help!
