I ended up solving my own problem by looking deeper into the print_my_invoice_header.php file. I found <tr class="header"> and removed it. Looks good now.

Irina, IPN and this contrib wont work together. Gotta take one or the other.

Sweet! Looks much better now except for one thing. I modified the header to take in the old header from catalog/includes/print_my_invoice_header.php as it was before but now I have this (text is black and bg is black from the header): Any idea how to quick-fix this? I appreciate the help.

Good add. Have a question though. Is it possible to change the background of the popup window when they click 'print invoice'? Unfortunately my store's background is black :-" so I would feel bad for the few customers that have their print setting to print backgrounds..hehe

Make sure your pictures are in the linked folder. Easiest way is to just upload the borders folder to all your image folders (i have 3 i think).

How did you do this, if you don't mind me asking? I would like to remove IPN as well.

I'm having some problems as well, although the majority is working. 1) When I change the status on an order, it emails the customer. However, unlike when they first did their checkout, the link to their invoice in that email is incomplete. Instead of DOMAIN/catalog/orderblbablabla it only gives /catalog/orderblbablabla. Been looking for awhile but can't find where to edit this so it will display the full url. 2) I realize you mentioned that you havent completed the 'Print Invoice' yet, but when I click the button it opens and empty popup (not even doing the stock osC printout.
