  1. I am very happy with the "If price = 0.00 dont display price" contribution, by mike_the_monk.

    However, I am having trouble implementing this, on my product_info.php

    I had added an additional "add to cart" button, at the top of the page. This was due to some of my product information pages being rather long.

    The additional button was added with the following code:

    <div align="right"><?php echo tep_draw_hidden_field('products_id', $product_info['products_id']) . tep_image_submit('button_buy_now.gif', IMAGE_BUTTON_IN_CART); ?>

    The contribution uses the following code to remove the "stock" "add to cart button, at the bottom of the page.

    <td class="main" align="right"><?php
    if ($product_info['products_price'] < 0.01){
    echo 'Please Phone To Buy';
    } else {
    echo tep_draw_hidden_field('products_id', $product_info['products_id']) . tep_image_submit('button_in_cart.gif', IMAGE_BUTTON_IN_CART);

    I am unable to find a working modification, of the code, to cause the "add to cart" button to not appear, when the item's price is $0.00. The bottom "add to cart" button works correctly.

  2. I am adding this post, in case someone else ends up with the same problems I had with Image Magic.

    I recently moved my website from Ipowerweb to a local host, due to Ipower's unwillingness to fix the Apache User Dir vulnerability.

    On the new host, I noticed that my product photos would randomly NOT display. However, when the image was right clicked "view image," the image would show properly.

    I completely re-installed Image Magic, to no benefit.

    Finally, I checked the server's error logs, and noticed entries like the following:

    client denied by server configuration: /server directory/catalog/imagemagic.php

    Also, if I rapidly reloaded the main page; upon each relaod, I would lose more images each reload, to the point that I would end up with a plain white page with text. Finally, I would end up with a 403 error. If I waited a few seconds, and reloaded, the nearly perfect page would load into the browser.

    I contacted my host, and he checked deep into the server logs and administration.

    He was able to find a couple of articles that referenced the same type of problem and permissions error. It pointed to "mod_evasive" which is a program used on the server to help prevent DDOS attacks.

    He then changed some of the settings, for the server, and I have yet to have this problem reoccur.

    I read as much of this thread, as I could. I could not locate any other users who had experienced this problem. Therefore, I am leaving this as a reference.

  3. I have had very few problems with this module.

    HOWEVER, I am unable to get the map pricing to display properly in products_new.php. The map pricing shows correctly in What's New Infobox. When you click the What's New Box, and it opens the entire products_new.php, the only price displayed is the actual "below-map" price.

    Also, I have the same problem with product_reviews_write.php

    I have re-checked the above files. Also, I have used winmerge to compare my files to the files included with the contribution. My files are identical.

  4. Has anyone been able to completely beat the Internet Explorer nonsecure error? I am an Ipower customer, attempting to use their shared SSL....

    Using various methods that were presented in this forum, I was able to suppress the error on the product entry page.

    However, I am unable to find any way to suppress the nonsecure error on the popup page for entering item photos.

    At this point, I find Ipower's SSL certificate to be too exspensive ($99 first year, $150 each year after), and I do not want to move to another provider (just to make this contribution work), therefore, I'm about to remove this module.

    Any suggestions I may have overlooked, I have read this entire 21 page post several times...... I have even contacted several others who had posted in this forum, that they were experiencing the same problem. They had given up on this contribution, and moved to other methods.

  5. Installed the contribution, with no problems....

    I would like to change the color of text for map_warning defined text.

    I have answered my own question....

    The easiest way I have found to change the color of the MAP text, is by entering html tags in the "define Map_warning" section of my english.php file.

    define('MAP_WARNING', '<FONT COLOR="#FFFF00"><b>Insert into cart for your price</b>');

    This demonstration code has the text displaying in yellow, and bold. I will now see which color is most apealing.

    Thanks, I hope someone will find this useful....

  6. So far, EFSnet is the only module that has completely stumped me...

    I am unable to get it working with my test account.

    When I attempt to process a test transaction, via osCommerce, I get a card declined message. This message includes the entire text of my transaction, complete with my store key, credit card info., etc...

    I have tried the search key as much as possible, and am still unable to find any resolution to the problems with this module...
