I have figured out that the carts are persistent and as soon as I enter my billing address and if FName/LName/Email match then it loads in the contents of the account's abandoned cart. Where can I go and remove this or at least delete the items before merging the guest cart with the registered cart.

If I add an item to my cart (verify that only one item exist in the cart), proceed to the checkout at the checkout_confirmation.php, I get a list of other items that I never placed in there. What could be the problem? The one issue is that I added the contribution "OrderInfo". I really want to remove the login section so I need "OrderInfo".

Find the line with tep_get_uploaded_file( and remove the 'tep_'

Not to take sides but because my OSC that I inherited from a previous developer has been altered beyond recognition I would prefer just a manual order entry. All of the orders in this OSC gets batched to a fulfillment house so a lot of the features are not needed.

Can't seem to figure out which version I have??? I don't even have /catalog/Order_Info.php files... I have taken over someone else's previous install.
