mass image upload to image folder

    I would also like this....
  3. We would like a font that changes the text to show you the sample font that you have selected. Example: http://www.leavesandletters.com/product_in...products_id=443 or http://www.leavesandletters.com/product_in...;products_id=46 Please choose different fonts from the drop down menus in order to see the sample font change. Would it be possible to have whatever text that the customer types in the name/monogram field to show the sample fonts in the typed text? Does that make sense? Basically, if I typed in Jonathan McKenzie in the name field and then chose a font from the drop down menu….I would see “Jonathan McKenzie” in the font that I selected. If I then chose a different font from the drop down menu…it would then show “Jonathan McKenzie” in a different font. If that is not possible…then I guess we will go with the way the above site (www.leavesandletters.com) has it....any idea how to do that? It simply calls an image for each font that is selected from a drop down menu.
  4. I think I posted in the wrong category...please close
  5. I am no coder....so I am sure it is MUCH harder than I make it sound. But it seems that you could edit the php page that contains the attributes for the products and assign an image to each font choice in the drop down menu. So when a user selects a font from the drop down menu, the code would call the image and it would appear on the page. Any ideas? THANKS!
  6. I know you can sort products/shop by price or by brand/manufacturer.....but is there a way to shop by occasion? We would like customers to be able to sort products by price, brand and occasion (such as birthday, wedding, baby, etc.). So we will need a way to specify the different occasions for each product item. For example, if we create a new product that is a “personalized cup”, we could assign the occasions “wedding” and “birthday” and when a customer shops by “birthday”…the cup would show up. Or if they were to shop by “wedding”, the cup would also show up. If they shopped by “baby”….the cup would not show up. Is this something that is possible with a contribution???

  8. My wife is going to start offering "online home parties" with her online store where someone will sign up to "host" a party. They will invite their friends to the online party which will last for two weeks. The "host" will give their friends a code to use upon checkout. (or I guess they could give their friends a simple url to use such as www.website.com/shoppingcart/hostname). When their friend purchases a product and uses the given code (or URL...whichever we decide on using)....the "host" will get credit for that sale. We will then give the "host" credit for merchandise based on the below scale: If their two week party has sales (before taxes/shipping) of: $200 - $499 = They will get $50 in free merchandise $500 - $999 = They will get 15% of their total sales in free merchandise $1,000 and up = They will get 20% of their total sales in free merchandise Would the affiliate contribution handle this? I just want something that will keep track of the codes and how much the sales are for that code. I would also love for the "host" to be able to login to an account to see how much they have sold so far. Ideas? Thoughts? Thanks for your time!
  9. i also need this, but didn't really follow what I am supposed to do. Any help would be appreciated....I am willing to pay someone a small fee to do this for me...
  10. someone said that the normal affiliate module should do this, but I am not sure. I will play around with it more, but if you can shed some light on this issue....please do. Thanks!

How Did You Hear About Us - Support

You said: "hi, ive just started to modify the files, but on the first one (catalog/create_account) i cant find line 495, mine only has 340 lines. i done a search for the text i was meant to replace, but thats not there neither. " I am having the same issue. The text I am supposed to paste below is not in my file. What did you do??
  15. Rather than have a CITY AND COUNTY sales tax, I would need a ZIP CODE-BASED sales tax because in that wise, only folks in a specified ZIP CODE will pay the additional sales tax. Here in colorado, the state sales tax is 3.7% City & County of Denver adds another 3.5% and it covers ZIP CODES ranging from 80200 through 80251, as well as portions of 80010 to 80122. Denver is a weird city. Folks LIVING OUTSIDE certain ZIP codes CANNOT be made to pay Denver City Sales Tax. The ZIP codes prefixes are: 800, 801, 802, and 803. Folks in 804, 805, 806 and so on CANNOT BE charged the additional sales tax. State of Colorado Sales Tax is 3.7% City and County of Denver Add-On is: 3.5% I can ONLY CHARGE the latter inthe ZIP code prefixes of 800, 801, 802, 803. Therefore, customers PLACING ORDERS from the aforementioned ZIP code prefixes pay 7.2% instead of just 3.7% on Sales Tax. Denver Metropolitan Area is made up of SEVEN counties. It used to be SIX, but a new one was VOTED INTO BEING in 1999 and is expected to begin operations in 2009, I think. The State has a Sales Tax of 3.7% down by .01%, 'ouch, not enough, smile!! Because Denver has SELF GOVERNMENT, it elected to TAG ON its own Sales Tax as an Add-on to whatever the state has in place; hence Denver charges 3.5% As if this is NOT CONFUSING ENOUGH, some cities FALL INTO TWO SEPARATE COUNTIES. In these cities, the sales tax rate you pay depends on which side of the street you are shopping at. A clear-cut example is the City of Aurora which falls into both Arapahoe and Adams counties. The South side of the city is Arapahoe County; in addition to the State Sales Tax, the City of Aurora has added 3.85% resulting in a total Sales Tax charge of 7.55%. On the North side of the street, you run into Adams County. Here, in addition to the State's Sales Tax and the City of Aurora's City Sales Tax, Adams County has a 0.7% County Sales Tax, resulting in a total of 8.25% in the part of Aurora that falls under the jurisdiction of Adams County. In my case, the prefixes of the ZIP codes I need to worry about are: 800, 801, 802, and 803. I think a way to do it would be for me to SPECIFY ZIP CODE ranges by using the first THREE (3) digits. Say for example, the first range to be thus specified will be 800, then the tax rate of 3.5%; the next range will be 801 then the tax rate of 3.5%; next will be ranges 802 and 803 respectively, and the same tax rate will apply. Therefore, if an order comes from a ZIP code with the prefix of 804, only the COLORADO STATE SALES TAX will apply. I hope this rather long explanation makes a modicum of sense. Also can one have at least TWO price levels? Say for example, NORMAL PRICE: $10.95; SALES (OR YOUR) PRICE: $8.95!! And what about coupons and the ability to SET THE EXPIRATION DATES for them? And AFFILIATE programs too?
  16. Thanks! However, I do not know PHP yet. LOL DANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  17. (I was told to use this forum instead...sorry I had to post it here also.) Is it possible to INCORPORATE ZIP CODE-BASED sales tax calculations into osCommerce?
