Thanks, i kind of figured that out about 30 minutes after i posted this and have now installed the form version you mention. I have it working now, but will take your advise and investigate the server version.

I have just installed the SagePay Form Payment Module V1.20.2 and when i click on the confirm order button is get the following error. Firefox can't find the file at https://test.sagepay.com/vps2form/submit.asp. The re direct is not there. I have searched on here and cant see anyone else with this problem. I uploaded the files to the correct place on my server and installed the payment module as suggested in the installation instructins, and that seems very easy so not sure what is going on.

Thanks, that worked.

Thanks now removed that command and get the following error. #1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'INSERT INTO `configuration_group` (`configuration_group_id`, `c I know this relates to the ID number as pointed out in the warning, but i have changed the ID many times and still get the error. How do you find the next id in PHPmyadmin?

I have tried to install the SQL, and i get the following error. #1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1 AUTO_INCREMENT=1' at line 11 Can anyone help? Looks like a great contribution by the way.

New UPS XML Shipping Module available

Thanks, I have enabled the logging and had a look at the log and this is an example of a test i did. I also had the insurance enabled before, so have disabled this now. The package is about 0.5KG, but UP rounds this up to 1KG, and this seems to be sent to UPS and returned as 1KG, but the price returned from UPS, is actually higher than the published rates. I did see this in the log "<RatedShipmentWarning>Your invoice may vary from the displayed reference rates</RatedShipmentWarning>" Any ideas? ------------------------------------------ DATE AND TIME: New UPS XML Shipping Module available
technophobe replied to torinwalker's topic in General Add-Ons Support
I found out from UPS, that they update their system on a sunday, so it can take up to a week for your rates to appear, but my rates are still not showing after two weeks. The rate that is coming up, is also not correct for the published rate. As an example, 40KG from the UK, Hamel, MN 55340 in the United States is published as £174.85 (UPS Expedited), but it is coming up as £141.62. Our cost is £87.43. Also, when i change it in admin to give 70% discount the cost for expedited goes up to 202.31. All very strange. This is the first time i installed this contribution, so no updating was done, and all i did was upload the reuqested files, updated the database witht he attached sql and changed catalog/admin/modules.php as mentioned in the readme. Also i have no dimension support added, so it is only looking at the weight. I do have a contribution for individual weights for attributes, and that seems to be working. Have i missed anything? I really hope i can get this one working, it will save me a lot of time manually entering the rates into a zones based shipping module. -

I have dont a clean install and it all seems to be working, but it is not picking up my rates. I have selected true under "Negotiated rates" and put my account number in, but the quotes i get seem very high. I am in the UK, and for 1KG is comes up as £21.79 for standard. -

I have just noticed that i no longer get error reports come through after the update. I spoke to a customer and he said that he tried to pay by credit card but got an error, and before the update i would get an error report from paypal. Any ideas of where to look? -

thanks Steve, i dont have an express chechout button, infact the /includes/header.php has not been modified from its current form. I was under the usumption that the header.php was just modified to show the links? This happens when i click on the checkout button on the home page. Thanks -

Thanks for the reply. The checkout shipping page is the first page you get to after loging in after clicking on the checkout button, so this screen is before you select the payment type. I have compared it to the page i had before i added the version 0.7 and could not see any obviose issues, but will have a look at it against the version in the contribution. -

I have just upgraded from Version 0.7 and after a bit of fidling i have got it working and taking payments, but there seems to be a problem on the chechout_shipping.php in that the shipping address does not show. We have the arrow and the title saying Shipping Address, but no actual address. this showed before the upgrade. a screen shot is here http://www.slidesandballscrews.com/images/...ut_shipping.php screenshot.jpg I can still checkout but it reverts to the billing address. when doing the upgrade, i removed all instances of the old version and then did a clean install. Any help woud be great.
