No I was not able to resolved it. I decided to let it go for now.

It works perfertly with encryption disable. I created two folders 1. Tmp for temporary directory - /home/wwwsites/Username/www/tmp 2. SSL storing holding the pem files - /home/wwwsites/Username/www/ssl
