  1. Hello, I've installed MP on a very heavily modified store. The problem I am having is I can get my products added to the shopping cart (both masters and slaves have attributes). However, if I delete one item from my shopping cart, it deletes the item I'm trying to delete (correctly) ***AND*** it deletes all the attribute information for all products in the cart (not a desired behaviour!!!). Is there someone that can help me debug this (I will pay someone for helping us on this!!!). Please let me know and thanks! Shauna
  2. We have installed this mod on a customized site and this is the error I'm getting: The first four digits of the number entered are: <br>If that number is correct, we do not accept that type of credit card.<br>If it is wrong, please try again. I have it installed on a test environment so I don't have a link to send, but I can send the files if you want to look at them - just let me know what files to send. If you have a suggestion on how to resolve this, please post the suggestion as well and I'll try it!
  3. What did you do to get the shipping options to re-appear with this module? Thanks!
  4. Did you ever get this working? I had this error and I had to create my own certificate and key if I recall correctly. The paypal docs say you can download theirs, but that never worked for my cert and key. If you have openssl, follow the directions for creating your own on your server. That's what I did when I had this same error and it fixed the problem.
  5. got it to work. do not use paypal's pub cert - generate your own.
  6. Hi, I'm having this same problem. In the configuration on osc of PayPal IPN, I use an email address of [email protected]. This is also the email address of the business account setup on the sandbox. I created a personal account on the sandbox which has the same email address as the user I created on my osc to test an order - the personal account has a different email address. What else should I be checking? The first error I get from osc is: Warning: openssl_pkcs7_sign(): error creating PKCS7 structure! in /home/hsphere/local/home/scavenge/halloweenplayground.com/includes/modules/payment/paypal_ipn.php on line 356 Then, when I click confirm order, I get this error from Paypal: Error Detected -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The email address for the business is not present in the encrypted blob. Please contact your merchant. Continue Any ideas on how to solve either error? Many Thanks!
  7. I'm getting this same error. Did you solve the problem?
  8. fixed by setting the modules->order-total->recalc tax to none.
  9. Hi, We've just installed this contrib and the discount coupons we can't get to work. The site is not live yet, so you can see the errors for yourself at http://halloweenplayground.com. The coupon code is flat - it should take $1.00 off the price. Here's what I actually get: Tax is 7.75% Sub-Total: $4.00 CA Tax: $0.31 United States Postal Service (1 x 0.65lbs) (Priority (2 - 3 Days)): $3.85 Discount Coupons:flat: -$1.00 Total: $7.08 Any ideas on how to fix? I have similar problems with percentage coupons. I also do not have gift vouchers installed as I do not use them. Please, let me know if there is any additional ifnromation I can provide to help debug this. Thanks
  10. found the problem with the buynow stuff. i had been searching the posts and had tried various things people had recommended before posting and one of them was to change application_top.php in the case for buy_now from GET to POST or vice versa - don't recall. Anyway, changed it back and all is well. sorry for the trouble. thanks for the quick assistance on this too.
  11. Unfortunately, through further testing, it occurs before logging in. I can click the buynow button and when it gets to the cart, the cart is empty. I haven't even logged in at that point. Any idea what is causing this? Thanks so much!
  12. Hi, I've installed the 2.0 SEO URL's on www.halloweenplayground.com. It's a *nix running Apache. Using ms2.2 of oscommerce. My only problem appears to be with regards to the shopping cart. I add an item to the shopping cart, then login and click checkout, but the shopping cart is then empty. It seems to be losing the information. Not sure where to begin as far as what information to post to obtain some assistance, so please let me know what is useful. my cookie domain is .halloweenplayground.com my https cookie domain is .halloweenplayground.fluidhosting.com force cookies is false in admin sef is off Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
  13. forget the part about allcategories.php, i can see the problem there with cpath. so the only issue is on the shopping cart now. thanks
  14. hi, i've installed this contribution and have just a couple of questions. first, the site is www.halloweenplayground.com 1. when i add items to cart and try to checkout, the cart is empty. i've searched the forums here and checked my cookie domain and made sure sef is off. any ideas? 2. i added the allcategories.php contribution, and noticed that only the main or top level categories have the urls rewritten. this website is a work in progress right now, not technically live, so if you want to create a user and try the shopping cart, feel free, but just email me so i know it's a test. let me know what other information is useful for debugging and i'll post it here. thanks in advance for any assistance on this.
  15. This should have been created in the Ultimate SEO Contribution section, sorry! :(
  16. hi, just tried to install this contribution but i get the error above ' unable to determine page link'. just looking for some guidance on where to begin debugging this. i've reviewed my install a couple of times. this step is one that i had trouble with: STEP 6 - Edit *admin directory*/categories.php my file didn't have that exact code in it. would this cause the problem? if so, i can post what my file looks like. also, on step 3, the buy_now code was a bit different than what was expected. again, if you think this is the culprit, i can post that code. (didn't want to clutter things up too much to start with). on step 4, i used option 1a since i don't recall having page cache installed (altho for kicks, i tried it both ways). anyway, please let me know if you have ideas on where to begin on this. thanks!
