    Hi, I installed the contrib, and first of all thank you for the contrib. Instead of placing the box in the left or right colum I would like to insert it into my contact_us.php, could you help me out in the way I have to this. For the sts user, to make this work add this to your column_left.php: add this to your sts_user_code.php Denice

    But isn't it so that none of the orders paid with multipay would not appear if the status was set to a non-existent value. I tried the fix reccommended but it didn't help, on top of that I saw that in the account_history.php the links to the orders aren't correct and look like this -4, -3,-2,-1,0 . I saw that more people had this problem only the fix for it I can some how don't track down. According to the couple of fixes mentioned, it has something to do with the order status, however I emptied them in the db and re-entered them in de admin, but that didn't help. I'm open for any suggestions you can trow my way. Denice PS I'm aware that this has nothing to do with this contrib, so I will also put this question on the general support forum. I'm getting pretty desperite now, I feel a major headache forming, :x

    I think their is something else wrong, because when I look in the database the correct customer Id is connected to the correct order Id, but somehow it is not showing in the admin. The customer account is their but when I I look under the orders in his account I don't see any orders. And when I straight go to orders in the admin I don't see the customers name. I have several of these orders.All paid with multipay, However I also have other orders paid with multipay which are all showing in de admin correct!??!?!?!? Thank you for all your suggestions.

    I changed it back to how it was before we started and tested it, and everthing goes ok. any other suggestions in how I can attach it to the customers account

    I changed the code as you suggested, however I still get the same error. When I hit the back button, it tells me that it was updated, but when I look in at the orders it isn't under orders or when I click to see the orders under the customers option is is not there also. Denice

    Hi I installed this contrib, and I think everthing went ok. I still have some questions in regards to this contrib: can I add new orders to an account, or do I need a to install new contrib for this I had some customers that didn't return to the site after being redirected to pay by multipay, I received payment for these orders but they don't appear in their account. However I'm able to call it up with the order Id . Can I somehow with this tool fix it, so that the order appears in the customers account? Denice

    Your correct it was set to on, this because I was assuming that because I put the payment status of the money order to pending, the points module wouldn't see this order as paid until I changed the status in the orders. I have put the Auto confirm points to off. Do I understand it correctly, that if one of the payment methods in the store is money order, it is better not to use the Auto confirm option? Denice

    Hi, I installed this contrib a while back, but somehow didn't see this error when I installed it, I think I did something wrong somewhere. Let me explain: When a customer pays with a money order, they get the points right away!!! However the payment status for this payment method is set as pending, doesn't that mean that the points should go to points pending. Where did I go wrong? Denice

    I was not able to edit my earlier message, but when I get above error and I hit the back button, I can see the link is inserted. So it inserts the link even if I get the error message!! Denice

    Hi Jack, After trying to avoid to copy all links to the dutch side of my website, I was not able to do this any longer :x So as a good little trooper, I started, but.......(isn't there always a but) I get this error message when I push the insert button on the dutch side of my admin. I don't have this error when I insert a link on the english side of my admin. Maybe because I'm trying to insert a similar link on the dutch side????? Denice

    Links Manager v1.01, please help???

    Hi jack, I did the update from 1.09 tot 1.10 for the languages, meaning the sql update and the 2 files, however I can see the links on the english site of my website but I don't see them on the dutch site of my website. I saw that I need to put them on the dutch part of my admin for them to be able to show. Is it possible to make it work like when adding products, so that with one time adding a link it will show on both site of the catalog dutch and english. Denice
