    2 Checkout Product Descriptions

Hi all, I have not touched my parameters yet, and I was wondering if it really is necessary to do so?? Is anyone still using 2co isn't passing the product descriptions to the cart? In the email I recieved from them it said we needed to do this by March 31, and I've recieved orders after that date, but haven't recieved any in the past week. Starting to wonder. I didn't see anything about that in this forum either so I don't know??? Thanks guys!

    Official PayPal IPN Support Thread

Hi TC - yeah this sucks! LOL. That could be it, but it seems like most people know to log in, etc etc. But, that very well could be what is happening. Does anybody out there know???? Like maybe people get that far and they think the order is complete? Without even logging into their paypal accounts?

    Official PayPal IPN Support Thread

Hi, I have a problem with my order status updating. What happens is some of my orders show up in OSC's admin panel but I never recieve payment for them in paypal. It's only on certain orders, and I cannot find a common thread within them (some of the orders are from the US, some are international). For the most part orders come through fine. I do not recieve the IPN email and never have. Long ago I decided to check my orders manually because I was wasting too much time trying to get the emails to work. Can anybody provide me with some insight as to what might be happening here? At least, could someone tell me what I need tell my customers to do? At first I thought this problem was due to customers not completing the order on paypal but i read that's exactly what this contrib was designed to prevent. Any help is greatly appreciated. I've read all 19 pages of this thread and similar problems have arised with no answer...

    2Checkout V2 Instructions

Hey mark - what if i had v1 of pm2checkout installed and i updated my pm2checkout.php file with the new one? Would this work? I tried it and still got the error, but now im thinking maybe it was because it was the first purchase... I really hope i can make a few additions to my pm2checkout.php file and call it a day... any thoughts?

    2Checkout V2 WORKING with OSC 2.2MS2!

Hi everybody... first of thanks to arm for working so hard on this, it's a pain!! Anyways, my 2checkout (version 1) is working just fine. So what i tried to do is use the new v2 pm2checkout.php file instead of the old one (just uploaded and replaced) Is this possible? If not, can anyone provide me with the parameters I need to add in my old pm2checkout.php file? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks...

One problem I'm having is, I don't even get the Continue button... I click PAY, and then get returned to my site. Any ideas? Thanks guys.
  9. Hi, im trying to use this module with the money/check orders payment module... My problem is, when you select money order, and hit confirm, it gives you access to the digital download! Has anyone had this same problem and found a workaround for it? Thanks!

^^ i don't know if that response was geared at me or not, but just to clear up... when i get payment in paypal thats when i take the order seriously and ship it out. As far as what i've seen from paypal's behavior there is no way for a sale to show up in paypal without that person actually clicking PAY NOW in paypal...

^^ actually with the version of paypal IPN (haha now i forgot which one but its version 1) i don't get the free download problem.... No my data isn't encrypted, all i am passing to paypal is the product info and maybe shipping info... yes, i get a Pending order, then when the payment goes thru with paypal i get an proccesed flag in my admin panel. Even so, problems may occur with paypal but its minimal. I prefer not to mess with it... once i get payment into paypal I ship out the order... wish it was more thorough but hey, I'll try it like that to see how it goes...

Hey guys... I have a question/idea for u guys... why is the IPN so important? I have wasted a ton of time trying to get it to work and i've come to the conclusion of - I don't need it. Its great to have but it's just too much of a pain. I plan on just checking my paypal account once or twice a day. That way I can scoop up all of my orders at once... Every thing works fine with my IPN contrib except for the IPN... so I'm content, i don't have any more time to waste on this! Please let me know though if i'm missing something (doh) :)

Right, i don't know what is going on. But i tell you, paypal, 2checkout, those companies suck at this. Wow i dont know if i'll ever get my store up. BTW i am running live... What about this as a solution - simply look in your store admin or paypal account to see what orders have been placed?
