Are you trying to pay on your site using the same account as your seller account? This won't work. You need a different account to test on your site.

    Rainer thanks for your patience.

I have tried using my account without being logged on, and also someone else's account. Only thing being that both these people live in the same house and were using the same IP address. I have also tried it on my phone using my phone data rather than wifi, and on the wifi and still nothing. I am off next door to speak to a neighbour and see what happens after lunch.

  2. I recently installed the latest update and since then have noticed that on the store invoice the Total and figure are above the Shipping costs and the Sub total. Is it just me or should they be the other way around with the sub total, then the shipping then the total.  Looking back through previous orders with the Stripe payment module the order was correct. All other payment modules show correctly on my altered invoice layout.

    Image to show difference below.

I have the same issue.  I simply loaded the Phoenix 1.0.4.0 Stripe module, input the correct information (a live API is still working on my 2.3.4 store), but testing doesn't work.  Stripe shows a 404 error from using a "GET" with the following string: /v1/charges/oscommerce_connection_test.

I don't know if that will help someone find the issue, but I'm going to try the SCA, since the current Stripe module in Phoenix appears to use APIs that originated in 2014 and have been updated twice by Stripe since then, according to their site.

I think this was mentioned somewhere else in another thread and the advice was to uload the latest Stripe SCA addon as you have suggested.

This is one that I updated to get rid of core changes it's one of @BrockleyJohn originaly. Just copy all files over and it should just show up in the admin side.

I personaly don't use it so not sure if it's what your looking for.

Many thanks. I have already tried this one. Whilst it gives a weekly total I need to have the customers info as well as a breakdown of individual order totals.

The accountants may have to have monthly figures instead.

I have trie da google search and found and tried several other addons nothing which I can find gives the information that they require. Its all to do with saving paper and not printing off individual invoices to keep as copies, but just printing out a report that on Monday such and such customers checked out and the total for the order and shipping was what ever the amount was. The same with Tuesday and a weekly total at the bottom.

A couple of images may help.

Using detailed monthly reports the initial page shows totals by month for a year as in the first image.

When clicking on a month a new page opens with figures for each invoice that show the following details as in the image. This is monthly, but I want weekly.

  5. Does anyone know of a good admin report that will show total sales on a weekly basis. My new accountant wants weekly reports if possible when I only have monthly. I have tried several addons but so far no found anything suitable.

I am currently using Detailed Monthly Sales Report which has all the information needed for monthly, which is great.  When the month is clicked a new page opens with totals which show order number, customer name, date, order sub total, shipping total, tax total and order total. There is a printer friendly button which allows printing of the information which is what is needed. That would all be fine if they wanted monthly but they insist on having weekly sheets printed.

    The addon is here https://apps.oscommerce.com/QVI4T&detailed-monthly-sales.

    Any help appreciated.

  6. You can also set your actual account to test mode and see all the information there to.

Why couldnt you get the old Stripe module to work,. I have it working on an old test site and it tests fine, but as Stripe say it may cause payments to fail, but as SCA is not currently required it should not really matter.

  7. If you are not using the PI modules in Phoenix I have uploaded an addon to enable this type of page layout with only changing one file and creating a few new folders. Really easy to instal and use and can still use any standard content module that is created for the product info page.

Addon can be found at https://apps.oscommerce.com/wilqp&better-product-info-page-layout-phoenix

Fixed. It does require a code change. Line 51 of the header tags module points to a cookie.js file that does not exist locally on Phoenix. You can change the address to an online version of that file e.g.  https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery-cookie/1.4.1/jquery.cookie.js

That code change was already done in the version that I installed.

Your other code changed worked on positioning the button correctly but had to be changed in includes/modules/content/header/cm_header_search.php

  9. As others have said, yes it will work out of the box. Will it give you all the functionality you want out of the box.? No. You will need to put in a bit of work to find the features that you want and install them. With the latest Phoenix version that is not as hard as it sounds as most modules are one click installs. Give it a try, you may be surprised.

  10. Thanks to those that helped with info in this thread.

It would appear that after a few days all fake accounts have stopped being created and also stopped sending emails through the contact us form. I would like to think that this is because I installed the google captcha mod as before that nothing changed. I did change the time between sending emails in "action recorder" also. I now have a simple maths question, a captcha and honeypot on create account and contact us so lets hope its stopped them until they figure out a way around them again.

  11. Over last few days I have started getting these types of new accounts at a rate of 10-20 a day,q and attempts to send emails. Haven't had any for a long time so it's being a real PITA. I have a maths question on the contact us form but nothing else. I have added a honey pot thing but that hasn't stopped anything just let's me know it's happening. This weekend I am going to find a recapthcha addon and see if that stops them.

Work's fine, gives a nice tight layout to the page. I see you did not use the "row is-product" class in your file?

This sort of got cobbled together with the help of a few people. I believe that it gave Gary the idea for the PI modules that he did as he was talking about doing something during our discussions, but I was aware that some may not be supporters and have access to those files. I have since played more with my test site and have further split some of the widths modules to allow for greater layouts, but it was such an easy change I am sure that others could do the same.

What is the benefit of adding "row is product". If its worth it I could add to the current files.

  13. I have taken agreeing to terms and conditions away from the Create Account page and added it to the shopping checkout process. Makes more sense there. Even though many would not read them, they are there if they need to see them. They would not know if they have been changed from one order to the next, but they agree them. As long as I keep a copy of the terms and conditions which are dated when ever they are changed to comply with this EU legislation.

I also send newsletters when changes are made but that does only get to those that subscribe to newsletters.
