  1. Well, I can say this. I tried to get my refund through the sales rep i used at Verislime...he will not give me a refund because its past the 30 day grace period. I paid for the whole year up front. I bought the yr plan on Jan 20th...but have not started to use it till the last couple weeks as we test the site. It just wont work properly-period. So I ask the guy if he could prorate some type of refund, since I never used the service...like atleast maybe give me half of my money, NOPE. I understand the 30 day period, but only for the NON redundable setup fee-they can have it!...but to pay for 12 months when I never used it. I bought XM radio and paid for 2 yrs up front, switched to sirius and XM prorated me a refund...why cant verisign do the same? I cant stand around and wait and will keep fighting to get some money back, so I call Authorize.net...I had my account setup in about 2 hrs, installed on OSC in about 45 minutes, ran a test charge and it works. So far, I am kickin myself in the butt for not going with Auth in the first place. Verisign was a nightmare from day one and I will let you know if they scam me out of my money.
  2. Verisign payflowpro has been a nightmare to install...still doesnt work...and they will not refund my $849 bucks as I need to go with AUTHORIZE.net now since payflowpro does not work.

Someone have any advice?I have asked my webhost and got this reply; You will have to take this problem up with Verisign, I found one website with the same problem: It might even be a problem at the OSC plugin end (Most likely problem), judging by the problem and solutions below it seems the OSC/payflow plugin can't handle something correctly. http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/arcmessage...threadid=292369 "I finally got mine to go through. I switched from a debit to a credit card and from Visa to MC. Maybe that will help someone." and another: "Yes, clearly foxstore.com has issues with certain credit card numbers for some reason. I tried one number (Mastercard) on two different browsers and two different computers multiple times. Finally used a different Mastercard number and it worked fine." The responces are in regards to this problem; "anyone else having problems right now i get Fatal error: pfpro_process() array values must be strings, ints or floats in /usr/local/apache/hosts/foxstore.com/www/includes/functions_orders.php on line 113"

I am getting to the final step of the order process CONFIRM ORDER and get; Fatal error: pfpro_process() array values must be strings, ints or floats in /home/shoptan/public_html/store/includes/modules/payment/payflowpro.php on line 198 Does anyone know why it doesnt complete the test transaction?
