I just installed star product V.1 last night. Then started my way up updating. By the end of the night 5:00 AM I gave up because it didn't work. I am getting this error message when I go to star product option in admin panel, ************ 1146 - Table 'database.TABLE_STAR_PRODUCT' doesn't exist select sp.product_id, pd.products_name from TABLE_STAR_PRODUCT sp, products_description pd where sp.product_id = pd.products_id and pd.language_id = '1' order by pd.products_name ************** The table is there but I guess something is missing in the table. Right now the only thing in the table is product_id. Did I miss a step? On a separate note a suggestion would be to include a demo or at lease a snapshot of a shop with star product in action. So we could have some idea of this mod in action. thx

I don't have a clean install. Therefore I have to hand code the changes or use applications such as WinMerge to find new codes. I just checked some of the files for this Mod. using WinMerge and it seems to me that installing Open Featured using WinMerge may be very difficult. Does anyone have line per line code change instruction for Open Featured Set? thx

I have "Featured Products Contribution" installed (featured_products_v1.5.2). I would like to know if modification made to the files by Featured Products will cause conflicts with Wolfen. I understand in order to install this mod. I have to hand code everyting rather than replacing the files. Feature Products has already modified the SQL table and Wolfen needs to modify that again. I thought I should check first before attempting any install. thx

Thanks a lot. It works I just didn't like the fact that a contributer was making money out of selling a simple applilcation. That was the main reason I didn't want to use echex2000 thx :)

Is there another check printing software that you recommend? I have tried Echex2000 and I am not crazy about it. thx

Ok. it seems like nobody knows. So I am gonna remove "cool menu". that sucks.

Like hundreds of other individuals I am getting blank box when I activate CoolMenu @ admin. I just installed DHTML-CoolMenu contribution http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1494/ DHTML seems to be working ok. but when I switch to CoolMenu all I get is a blank box. And yes I made sure there was no " ' " or " " " in the category menu. any other idea besides syntax issues?

It was a stupid mistake I made. I added columns to the wrong database. I just corrected that mistake and everything seems to be ok. thx

I did add all the additional columns to the "products" table using PhPmyadmin

For some reasons easypopulate is modifying the number of products. I erased all products and categories from the store. Then uploaded a file containing 404 products. Immediately thereafter, I downloaded a complete delimited file using EP. To my surprise I had 505 products. What is the deal?

When I download the "complete tab delimited file" using Easypopulate, it contains bunch of duplicate items with the same model numbers but in the wrong "Product Category" Any Idea?

I have a file with about 404 products. "v_products_model" doesn't have an empty field. It seems like all products populated well. Could anyone tell me what is this error message for? thx

I know for a fact it must be very easy to fix. I just started using EP. The problem is that after every upload all the products become inactive. In the CSV file before and after updating a column before last says "active" but the result in the catalog is "all inactive product". How do I fix this?
