  1. Dear all, I have installed this contrib, on a live shop (dedicated server), but regularly the productpages using related products, are loading very slow (in fact, only the right column lags, while the the rest is fast as ever). It takes about 30 seconds for the right column to appear. Do you have any idea what this problem might be? I just did an 'optimize database', but has no effect. Thank you so much for helping!
  2. Thanks for you answer, but when I try to do that I get a 404 current situation: http://shop.modelbrouwers.nl/catalog/schuur-en-polijstset-speciaal-voor-plastic-en-resin-p-2086.html desired situation: http://www.modelbrouwers.nl/shop/catalog/schuur-en-polijstset-speciaal-voor-plastic-en-resin-p-2086.html'>http://www.modelbrouwers.nl/shop/catalog/schuur-en-polijstset-speciaal-voor-plastic-en-resin-p-2086.html (404) While the catalog root http://www.modelbrouwers.nl/shop/catalog/ DOES work. Do you have any clue? Thanks again!
  3. Dear all, Hope somebody can help me... I would like to change the shop's URL from: http://shop.domain.com/catalog to http://www.domain.com/shop/catalog (This works well since the fysical directory structure remains the same) However what would be the correct approach for Ultimate SEO? Disable, flush cash and enable? I am using version 2.1.
  4. I do not see how I van send out a testmailing, and the mailing itself. All works fine, also the update table function, but where can I hit the 'send e-mail' button?
  5. Would TinyMCE WYSIWYG HTML EDITOR be a good one?
  6. Guys, I am looking for a solid WYSIWYG editor in my installation, but I noticed there are a couple of them out there. Which is the one to go? I also would like to write my newsletters with it. Thanks for your suggestions!
  7. Dear fellow users of this great contribution! I experience difficulties to get it to work, maybe because of step 6. I do not know if i did it correctly, but I uploaded a htaccess.txt containing the second of the 2 codes into the catalog folder. Once on the file has been uploaded on the server I renamed it to .htaccess. When I try to load the shop, in first instance I get a rewritten URL (great) but completed with an session ID (not so great). Like this: http://shop.modelbrouwers.nl/catalog/bare-...13974666225448b When I click some more, this Session ID's disappear (great looking URLs) but now I get 404's. Do you have a clou on what I do wrong? Thanks a lot!!! Best regards, Hanjo
  8. Dear Giovanna, Thank you so much for helping me out - it works now! But, since I already have hundreds of products in my catalog, it is better to have all of the weights (consistant) in 'grams' instead of changing them all to kilo's. I have tested it and it works fine as far as I can see. Do you forsee any problems doing that? Thanks again, - Hanjo.
  9. Dear helper, This problem takes more than a day now. I am trying to configure the weight table rate shipping but somehow the strangest outcome appears. When I do a test order of a product weighing 350.00 (grams) the webshop says that I need to pay 39.00 EUR of shipping costs while I thought it would be (and has to be) only 5.50. A test order of 200 leads to 15.00 EUR... :'( I am using the following settings: -------------------------------------------------- Enable Table Method True Shipping Table 25:1.50,50:3.00,250:5.50,500:9.00 Table Method weight Handling Fee 0 Tax Class -- Kies -- Shipping Zone -- Kies -- Sort Order 0 ----------------------------------------------------- Is there a problem when using grams? Do I need to set it somewhere? Hope you can help me!!! I want the shipping costs to be like this: 0 to 50 grams: 1.50 EUR 50 to 250 grams: 3.00 EUR 250 to 500 grams: 5.50 EUR over 500: 9.00 EUR I am feeling so stupid! Please help me out! Many thanks from the Netherlands.
