    FedEx Direct 2.06 Support thread

    Finally! After much searching and playing, I finally found where to fix this. For anyone else that is looking, here is the answer. in /includes/modules/shipping/fedex1.php Find $this->quotes = array('id' => $this->code, 'module' => $this->title . '(' . $shipping_num_boxes . ' x ' . $shipping_weight . strtolower(MODULE_SHIPPING_FEDEX1_WEIGHT) . ') '); Change to this $this->quotes = array('id' => $this->code, 'module' => $this->title . ' '); Your site will still show "Fedex (Service) but will no longer show the packages and weight.

Well, I see that on those pages, it is just spitting out the data that is in a table in the database. That data shows the packages and weight in it - it's being put into the database, I just can't tell how or where I can stop it from happening that way.

    FedEx Direct 2.06 Support thread

Have seen this referenced a few times in this thread, but not seen the answer. Most people have figured it out on their own... I am trying to remove the "weight" display to the customer. I would rather then not be able to see that and then be able to check to see if I am charging extra. I actually have it removed from almost all the places except 2. I can't get it out of the Checkout_confirmation page or the account_history_info page. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks!
  4. Looks like it's been awhile since this has seen any support, but here goes! I am stuck in the install process on step 2. I get to this point "After backing up all files to be replaced, replace all other files listed in table below with the supplied versions." The problem is, there is NO table below. Right below the box this is in, the next thing is Step 3. I see all the files in their folders after I unzipped the package, but if I just copy those files, won't I ruin any updated files I already have? Does anyone know where to get the manual install information for these files? Thanks!
  5. I have done a lot of searching in both the contribution section and via google and I have not found anything. Does anyone know if this type of thing exists? I run a printing company, so my customers would need to send me a graphic file for imprinting their logo. TIF, JPG, GIF, PSD, EPS etc. I need them to be able to attach a file when they send their order. Thanks for the help!

    Quantity Price Breaks

Uggh.. now something else... the price box has the quantities at the top, which is great. There is a "+" after each break, that I think I might want to remove. Also, my min qty only has a "+" on it, instead of my min quantity for the product. Can I fix those things?

    Quantity Price Breaks

I figured out that i should be looking for it to be defined in another file, but wasn't sure where it was. Thanks!

    Quantity Price Breaks

Okay, forget that last one, I figured that one out with the help of some friends that do php coding. Now I am trying to figure out how to change the box text from "Price for Each" to Price per 100"

    Quantity Price Breaks

This did almost ALL of what I need, thank you! A couple of issues that I am not sure how to solve... sorry, I am not much for coding. I can find and replace and can sometimes figure out what I am looking at and what it is doing, but I can't write it or figure out how to fix it. My main or new products page it still shows as .39. When I go directly to look at the product details it looks perfect, other than I need to add a "per c" or "/100" or something like that after the price. We are a printing company and all or prices work as per c (per 100) or per m (per 1,000). Moreso, is there any way that it can use the "/c" or "/m" based on the price break? That might be asking too much. Basically, I would want the min and 600 price to be "/c", but my 1,200 - 2,500 - 5,000 price breaks to be "/m". Thanks again, this is really a huge help :)

    Quantity Price Breaks

This would replace all the code currently in my Priceformatter.php file? I'll give it a shot, thank you :) EDIT: Ahhh, no, I see that this was for a specific function. I have replaced it and will try it out now.

    Quantity Price Breaks

Errrr.... I am not sure what the heck happened, but I just had to go back and redo my admin/categories.php because of an error created by another package. I went to test to make sure this was not causing me an error before I tried the other one again, and it appears to actually be working now. I am not sure why or what happened, but it saved my breaks and is displaying them in the store now. So, now I am just looking for help with the formatting issue and removing the "your savings" line from the price break box. Thanks for the help so far!

    Quantity Price Breaks

I was able to install this update a couple of years ago to a different store without an issue, but I have now tried 2x with a new store I am working on and it doesn't seem to work. I have several issues. I am using v 1.3.5 by Jan on Sep 7, 2008. The price break tables appear in my phpmyadmin. The price break entry form is available where i edit my products. I can enter the price breaks and all, when I click "Preview" I see the table showing me the price breaks. I hit "update" to save it all. I then go to my store to check to see how it looks. I do not see the price break table like I did in the admin screen. I go back in to edit the product, and there is no price break info filled out in any of the boxes. It seems like it isn't saving the information. I am guessing that this is my problem, but don't know why it is happening. I have check to see if there is any data in the tables I created with the .sql file in the install package and there does not seem to be anything in it. I am also not getting an error messages saying that the tables don't exist or anything like that, so I think that means they should be there. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks! After that major issue, I need to work on some of the info it displays. I want to remove the discount % line in the table. I want my customer to see the price breaks, but I do not want them to see the % difference. Also, my products are ordered in larger quantities, 300 minimums, so I am putting my product in in pennies right now. I would prefer to enter than as a "per 100" or "per 1000" price, or at least have them shown correctly. Right now, I put in .392 for the first break and .387 for the second break and they both show as .39. Thanks for the help!

Price Formatter - Decimal Place issue

no one has tried to change this??
  14. I am brand new to PHP, and do not really understand all the coding. I was able to get the Quantity Price Breaks Per Product contribution up and running no problem. I deal in products that are sold in large quantities, minimum of 300. Each item costs $.325. The contribution displays and calculates this amount as $.33. This causes the pricing to be wrong. Is there a way to change how many places after the decimal are shown and used for calculations? I have some items that are priced out to the 5th decimal place. Or, is it possible to display the pricing or handle the calculations diferent than the prices would look?? i.e. Product A is $59.95 per thousand, minimum order 1000. I would like to diplsay the price as 59.95, but I want my customer to have to enter 1,000, not 1. The way the program works now, they would have to enter 1 for me to put in the price as $59.95 and I would have to tell them 1 = 1,000. Thank you! :)
